The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I was excited about the anklet I purchased, when I received it I put it on immediately, about an hour later it broke! It's very thin and will break very easily. I returned it immediately and would not exchange it as I knew it would happen again

This was the last ring of its kind, so we are unable to exchange it for the same piece. The bracelet looked really pretty in the photo. What I received though is not. The main part of it is crooked and the beads are a very inferior quality. I am returning it.
