The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I purchased this bracelet from Ross Simons for my girlfriend for our anniversary. After wearing it for 2 weeks one of the chains on the bracelet broke out of nowhere and she can no longer wear it. This was a waste of money and a poorly made product.

Love shopping at Ross simons this opal ring is so beautifully made. I am an October baby, I collect opal rings. The opal in this ring is so beautiful, the surrounding sapphires just add to the color. I would recommend this ring to true opal collectors. Worth the money.
