The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

Easy to use website. Nice customer servicer reps. Merchandise was fine quality but not always matched my taste once I received it.
Customer service reps were always knowledgeable and willing to accommodate. I did not like the fact that I was given credits, not money refunds, in some instances. That made me spend money I did not want to spend in order to recover my funds.

The clasp on the necklace is so small that I could not open it with my nails. Return the item.
I would say it was not the client service person that I had an issue with. I looked back at the website and the necklace I ordered had no picture of the clasp. It would’ve been impossible for me to know how tiny it was and then it would not work for me. I could not get a refund so now I’m stuck trying to look for something else to purchase

Regarding the return, a refund was issued to the original method of payment on 10/8/24. An email confirmation was also sent on 10/9/24 to the email address listed on the account. Very well done perfectly set jewels and finishing on items. I would say 1 thing. Be careful on weight and size as some appear larger on model or pictures. All measurements are listed just sometimes feel lighter weight than you would think. Overall very happy each piece looks real and expensive. Live the variety!
