The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I don't like when I look at an item then close that view and it brings me to the top of the page. Frustrating to have to scroll back through each time. Also, a code was offered for signing up but then would not work on the order Seems like bait and switch.

Not sure which items are referred to here, but the turtle earrings, the pearl earrings, the silver chain(a birthday gift to my partner), the silver personalized pendant (a gift for my hair stylist) are all winners. And speaking of my thoughtful partner, he frequently purchases Ross-Simons items as gifts for me. The black diamond turtle pendant is a favorite. But some of the best features of R-S are prompt delivery and attractive packaging.
