The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

The necklace itself is very nice. The problem for me is that the clasps are too small and I have trouble putting and taking off the necklace. Larger clasps are needed.

The ring that you purchased (item 201510) was never on sale for less money. We think you may be confusing it with a near identical ring that is $500 less, item 201508. It is almost identical, but it is less carats than the one you purchased.
