The necklace turned out so nice and I know will be enjoyed by my mother in law. The order shipped out fast and made shopping with Ross-Simmons a pleasure.

It's easy to find what you're looking for on the online site. I like that the earrings are shown with a person wearing them. I very satisfied both pair of earrings.

I had to make a return of an expensive item that i had purchased as a gift for my wife several months prior to giving.

My wife was not in love with my choice, but the customer care staff helped me get a full refund!

There should be a way to state a specific type of earring, ring, etc. that a customer is looking for to avoid wading through so many items that are not even close to the desired item.

Website has many choices! Hard to decide...but great prices. Was very pleased with sleepiness of delivery, as well as how the "present" was wrapped. Will be a return customer.

I had to call customer service and I'm very happy with the results of that phone call. In this day and age when customer service has fallen by the wayside with most businesses that is not the case with this company.

I had placed a previous order that I needed to cancel. That was cancelled by phone immediately but I never received confirmation. I then placed a second order and called with a question about shipping for this second item and to confirm that the first order had been canceled. I was assured that the first order was indeed cancelled and was told when the second would ship and approximately when I would receive it. The gentleman that I spoke with could not have been nicer and was very helpful.

So glad to be able to find an online jeweler that has pieces in 18kt gold. The snowflake studs I purchased are beautiful. It's great to be able to wear earrings without worrying about having an allergic reaction to the metal.

Although the earrings are very elegant, the packaging and presentation was pitiful. $800 pair of earrings and they come in two small ziplock bags inside a flimsy box. I'm not impressed.

I received the necklace and even though it is sterling silver and not very expensive it actually looks cheap this is my first purchase that I've been disappointed.

I really like this ring. However, because I have arthritis in my fingers my knuckles are much larger than the rest of my fingers.
It would be great if you offered half-sizes.

I wanted earrings I could afford, and have the look of solid gold. Gold over silver fits this perfectly. The sets I bought over the years, still look new and are also durable. I can buy whimsical holiday earrings for every occasion and not break the bank. I also have a solid gold bracelet I bought years ago and I still wear it and receive many compliments, oh, and all are comfortable, which is important to me.?

Love bought before but this one has opened 2 tomes already luckily it got caught on other bracelets or A would've lost taking to my jeweler to see if I can resolve if not will return

I've shopped at RS over the years for many things. I've had good experiences.
My niece wanted these earrings. When I received them, I really had to think twice about giving them to her. They are SO small compared to the photos and I don't know if she realized that.
The process was fine. The product was as described, technically. They just look cheap when I opened them.

Ordered what my wife saw in a catalog and it was exactly what she asked for. Arrived quickly without any hassle. Have ordered before and will do so in the future.

Never have been dissatisfied; however, it showed on this order that I would be able to take an additional $30.00 off the order by signing up for the cell phone texts but there was nothing to show how to apply the $30.00 to this order.

The opals in the ring were much smaller than in the picture. I was disappointed. It is great quality and your service is excellent. I think it's not a good idea to order jewelry on line.

Loved two of the three items purchased. Bracelets were beautiful. Earrings were OK...but not as large as they appeared in the ad and no back stops included (really?). Am debating on returning them.

I have many pieces from Ross Simons and with this exception of 1 ring which has been an issue owing to the design, I have gotten consistently high quality items with a good selection of on trend pieces.

Not happy that sapphire appears black. Tried various lighting and still looks black. Might return. If only I could see a little blue.

Ross-Simons has lots of stuff that looks tempting in the pictures but when you look at the item in pictures of models wearing them it is clear the items really are not suitable for a woman like my wife who is short and does not have a swan neck (as she terms it),

Great value, easy to order, arrived promptly and last but not least, my grandchildren picked the multicolored heart shaped necklace from several things to pick from for their mother and my daughter for their Christmas present last year… she loved it!
