The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

While the quality is very nice, I was disappointed that only the black and white pearls were truly teardrop shaped as advertised, whereas the pink ones are more round. Since I ordered these specifically for the pink pearls to match a necklace I have with a pink teardrop shaped pearl, I likely won't use and/or enjoy them as much.

Purchased an item I was very disappointed with, the return process was easy and person I spoke with was very pleasant. I ordered another item, pearls, am happy with, I only think the packaging could be better,, it cheapens the look of the gift.

The magnet is strong enough for my charm bracelet, and I love the safety chain. But the spring clasp is too small to actually clasp onto my bracelet! And there's no jump ring on the other side to clasp onto. I'll have to add pieces onto this in order for it to work. Was glad to get free shipping.

I have their pure gold stuff and its pretty. This ring is cheap, gold plated looks like Ferrero Roche chocolate wrap. Fake plastic looking pearl with dents on it. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. If you like wearing cheap looking jewelry then this is your ring.
I think it's terrible if I'm wanting a nice gold ring. Not recommend. The shipping took forever and it was said to be for a present with a note. It was shipped not like a present.

We have sent your feedback to our Quality Team to review the inventory. We do offer a 30-day return policy if not completely satisfied with your purchase. We also do not see the gift wrap option was selected for this purchase. The free gift message was included on the packing slip, it is not a sperate note enclosed.

The sapphire earrings were chipped glass over metal in appearance. They were scuffed too. How does quality control let that slip by us beyond me. You certainly didn't live up to your reputation for quality jewelry.

I REALLY like the "vibe" of this band...not conventional, the "branch/twig" motif really suits my style. Stones encompass the entire design, and even though they are tiny, they have a great sparkle. Ring is also low profile too.
I think it was a very good purchase...my size is correct, price was reasonable (on sale!), and arrived within date range (I got it 10 days from order date).
Will most likely order something else in the future, as R-S has a great selection and good prices.

I very rarely write reviews but this ring was SO disappointing and of poor quality and definitely not worth the price. My daughter called and said a stone fell out 2.5 months after she began wearing it which meant I couldn't get a refund.

Unusually difficult to edit shopping bag. Had to log out then check out as a guest to get the one item I wanted today. Why? Just received my order to find that the O ring clasps stick open and you have to manually push the little tab back in place on each one or your necklaces fall off. Great Idea, but not good quality, and likely made in China.

I ordered a bracelet and then had second thoughts. Called customer service within 6 hours of ordering. Was told it was too late to cancel as orders are immediately filled. Next morning, checked with credit card company and yes, charge was already pending. RS agent explained I had 30 days to return item. With no other solution, bracelet arrived quickly. Do I love it? NO, but it is almost impossible for me to return it because I am elderly and have no one to help me. Think carefully before ordering!

Ross-Simons used to have high quality creative products at reasonable prices. While there is a huge selection now, a lot of it looks good but it's either only gold-plated and/or the stones are inferior. This is why I chose vintage, but the earrings I bought were made of very light thin pieces of gold.
