The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

The ring is beautiful! The website is easy to use and delivery was just a few days. Overall I would highly recommend Ross-Simons. There prices were more reasonable than most places that I checked with.

I just had to repurchase these studs after they broke. It was supposed to have been a repair originally. My new studs came and one has a nick in it. So much disappointment. I hope this isn't what shopping at Ross Simons is always like.

I was searching for just the right small huggie earring to chemoflage the low piercing on one ear. This style, rather than hanging directly off the piercing causing it to pull it down, sits a little above it on my lobe, thus displacing the weight of the earring and lessened the stress on the lobe. This earring did the trick and is so light I can't even tell it's on my ear. I will be purchasing another in gold.

This particular cigar band ring is beautifully crafted, lightweight and very comfortable. And the facets in the gold catch the light like diamonds. Makes a real statement.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the 2 necklaces we purchased. Not only were they beautiful, but they were packaged in cases that we would expect for jewelry worth much, much more than we paid. I recently ordered a couple of pieces from Ross-Simons. I hadn't ordered gold over silver jewelry from R-S before, and sometimes it can look heavily dipped, so very cheap. But the jewelry I received was lovely and didn't look cheap or fake at all. I will love wearing.

I bought three items for my wife as an anniversary gift. I was super happy to receive and hold the jewelry before I gave them to her. I am not very knowledgeable on different types of jewelry but the quality of the workmanship on the two bracelets and necklace were very good and exactly like the website showed. Some bracelets from other companies have cheap looking and poor performing latches but these from Ross-Simons are solid and strong so they won't come loose by accident. My wife loves them and the unique designs got a big smile from her.

I am very disappointed with the purchase of this necklace. The "rope" edging has broken twice. The first time the necklace broke when I wore it for the first time. I contacted customer service and they replaced the necklace. However, a year later the necklace "rope" broke off again similarly to the first time. I contacted customer service again and they said that it could be repaired but I would have to pay for the repair. I am very disappointed as clearly this is an issue with the quality or manufacturing of the necklace. It seems like the roping is too delicate and this is a common occurrence based on other reviews.

My latest purchase was a giraffe pendant. It came quickly, and I am enjoying wearing it. This was one of several pieces that I bought - all necklaces - mainly after having seen the ads in the NY Times. I have been attracted to the styles as well as the affordable prices. I'm certain there will be more Ross-Simons purchases in my future.

I purchased the Diamond Leaf Bypass Ring for myself as a Mother's Day present. First, the ring arrived a full 7 days after I ordered it, so it took longer than I expected to arrive. The gold on the item is extremely thin - much thinner than I expected. In hindsight, I'm glad that I purchased it at the lower price of $349, because if I had paid anywhere close to $500 for this ring, I would be returning it. There is no way this ring is worth anywhere near $500. Don't get me wrong, its cute. But I'd say closer to $250 cute, not $349. I don't think its worth the inconvenience of returning. But, I will be leery of purchasing from Ross Simons in the future especially at this price point.

From ordering my purchase on line until receipt, Ross-Simons procedures were very good in all respects and very professional. The item I purchased is exactly as described; no surprises of poor workmanship or quality. I have purchased several items from this company and have been very pleased with each piece.
The issue I had was related to poor USPS service as usual; nothing Ross-Simons did; however, the R-S customer service representative was able to provide me with shipping information the USPS would not provide.
They had the item for sale that I wanted and at a reasonable price.

The bracelet WAS beautiful. I purchased it for my daughter to wear in her cousin's wedding where she served as the maid of honor & it looked beautiful with her dress & the citrine earrings I also purchased to go together. Unfortunately, I failed to note that the bracelet had a magnetic clasp & that other customers had an issue with it staying fastened. It did not stay fastened & was lost immediately after the ceremony. I am puzzled why you would offer such an item with these kind of issues. My money has been wasted & I will think twice before I purchase from Ross-Simons again. I will be looking for another bracelet but elsewhere.

It was time to seek this set, due to a lost wedding band and didn't want to lose her engagement ring. She has memory issues but really loves this set and will no longer have "empty ugly hands" (her words, not ours). My only comment is wish you carried size 4 and half sizes! She's really a 4.5 (had to buy 5) and I'm a 3.75 ring finger!

Order and shipping was great. When the earrings arrived they were not quite as large as they appear in the on line picture. I am trying to replace a pair that I purchased from Ross-Simons over 20 years ago, no luck in finding the exact earring. Was hopeful these would be close. Not sure if I will keep due to the size.
