The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
It is above and beyond important to size up one of not two and I am unfortunately under the 2 sizes up. I sized up one and will have to exchange for two sizes up but my fingers tend to fluctuate, better to be bigger and comfy than too small. Beyond that, this ring is better in person but absolutely loved on the site. It's a bold statement ring that I plan to wear everyday with everything. Excited to get my perfect size. Impressed with all other experiences I have had with RS!

Very pleased with your customer service after contacting them when my package arrived with no item inside. The package had been cut open and the item was taken. Representative took my information and replaced my item without any hesitation. Thank you! I would like to suggest that your return label not include your company name to avoid items being stolen as they travel thru the postal service.

The silver jewelry was lovely--a perfect selection for the person whose birthday is coming up. Unfortunately, I search online for a picture to show someone else and found the same item at Amazon. Not just similar--the same freaking thing--shipped from Ross Simons. The worst part? Even with free shipping and the 20% coupon RS offered as thanks for my loyalty as a customer, the Amazon offer was still nearly 10% cheaper. I like the jewelry but I don't like feeling like a chump.

Low quality. No way to return it. Customer service emailed me a label that says if I copy it the barcode won't work, so how do they suggest I get it out of my email? There's no 14 kt stamp on the chain, so that's problematic in it self.
No assurance that the replacement would be any better.

I hate ordering from Ross-Simons due to the horrible packaging. I always have to repackage their products before gifting it to someone. You may order $1k in product, and they will throw it is a small bag before placing it is their cheap box (if you get a box). Take lessons from Apple. Apple shows respect for their customers and their products.

All of our jewelry does come in a marked, Ross-Simons box that is appropriate for that piece. The jewelry is also wrapped in a plastic baggie inside the box, to protect it during shipping. You may always remove the piece from the plastic before presentation. I've bought A LOT from Ross-Simons because I love many of their silver heart pieces. This ring, however, is going back. It would be a great gift for a young girl/teen. I only wear a size 5 ring but it looks ridiculous on an adult.

I was torn between the purchase of mined or lab created diamonds. After much research, including information on the Ross-Simon's website I was confident on my decision to purchase the lab created Diamond earrings. Ross-Simmons had the best quality and value for their price compared to other companies. I purchased two pair, one for myself and one for my daughter's upcoming 40 th birthday. I would not have been able to purchase both pair of this quality at any other site. I love mine and have received many compliments. I won't know my daughter's reaction for several weeks.

I was duped. The earrings I ordered were about 1/3 the size of that which were described on the site.
Then as I requested a refund was sent a page that had a QR code... not easily photographed. In addition I now have to bring this to the post office and try to figure out what they are expecting me to do in order to submit the 5/8 inch earrings that look as though they are sized for a child.
The entire exercise has been frustrating and I will never order from this firm again.
My suggestion is STAY AWAY from this deceptive operation.

Representing size is difficult online, we do use our model to give the best reflection of the size. The earrings are 1/4 inch in width and have a hanging length of 5/8 inch as listed in under product details.
We provide our customers with a USPS label to attach to the package, the QR code printed on the return label is provided by the US Postal Service to provide instructions for using the label. We are happy to see you were able to receive your label with assistance from our Customer Service Representative via telephone. Once the label is attached to the return package, you may leave in your mailbox for your mail carrier to pick up or it can be dropped at any Post Office. Returns are processed within 4 business days from receipt.

So I ordered a set of Sapphire and White topaz earrings, which were not high-quality. The cut had no symmetry and big cloudy spots. I called Customer Service to replace them with a different pair and was not thrilled with the customer service rep. The second set of earrings I ordered (Sapphire and Sterling love knots) are very nice, but the backs are a problem. I added large sterling silver backs of my own that I had on hand. I have been ordering quite a few things from Ross Simons lately, and I will say that overall, I have been quite happy. I have ordered rubies and a few different strands of pearls.
Usually, I am quite happy with the Customer Service reps. This past time when I called in, however, I was not at all pleased with how the Customer Service rep handled herself. I did not feel she was very helpful overall.

We are pleased that you were able to find another pair of earrings that worked for you! Earring backs are available as part of an accessory kit, as well as individually. This is a great option if you ever need to order another size, or just want to keep extras on hand. Also, many of our semi-precious stones are in a natural state. You will see characteristics in the stone that occur naturally and do not have the surface polish of a finished, high-polished stone. This is what allows us to sell these pieces at reasonable prices. All calls are recorded to be used as a training opportunity for our representatives.

Found a necklace I've been looking for and price was perfect. I, however, should have read details before placing order as, when it arrived, I was very surprised at how delicate it is and it looked very fragile. I, also did not have a lobster claw clasp - again, my fault - and, with arthritic hands that type of clasp is a must. My apologies for not being more diligent, but I will be returning this item.

Necklace pendant was lilac not pink. Connection to pendant was bent. Necklace didn't hang evenly. Beads on necklace clashed with color of pendant. Earrings looked lilac colored too. VERY disappointed in quality for price. I called customer service and requested a full refund. It's already in the mail.
I spoke to someone named Diamond for a full refund due to issues with jewelry as described above. Told her I needed mailing label so I didn’t have to pay for postage. I’ve already put package in the mail for a full refund.

Had some difficulty with original order but customer service was wonderful. When purchasing anklet it does not give a size option. Anklet is beautiful but too small and will need to be returned or worn as a bracelet. When placing order it did say - select size but nothing happens when you try to select. Give a fluffy girl a break and actually offer a size option. If it doesn't fit me it isn't going to fit my mother either. So much for that special Mother's Day gift.

Was a bit disappointed in general look and balance. Stones did not appear centered on raised portion. Was expecting an even dimension all a round. Because of this, ring does not sit well over diamond ring.
