Shopping experience is good - I would have liked to see a side view of the earrings, to see how the stone was set an the depth of the stone in the earring.

I have ordered from Ross Simons for years. I like having the option to go higher end, mid priced or nice pieces for reasonable prices that make great gifts. I do splurge now and then while shopping for family and friends. I like to surprise them with pieces they would not buy for themselves and Ross Simons allows me to do that within my budget.

I bought a ring for my wife that I've had my eye on for a while for Christmas. He went on sale and I grabbed it. I have been very pleased with this company overall. My only complaint is that they are a little bit slow to ship.
I sent an email inquiry regarding slow shipping. It took three full days before my product was actually in the hands of USPS. This was a little surprising to me and I sent an email asking about it. The response I got was vague and simply stated that they're shipping times are 3 to 5 days.

I ordered a ring and a bracelet. The bracelet is amazing. The ring however, is hollow! The description does not state that the ring is hollow. I wore it one time and it's dented. I have emailed the company to return this. Descriptions need to indicate something is hollow if it is hollow!

I purchased 2 gold rings. The 14k zigzag band is of excellent quality. However, 10k gold Byzantine band is poorly crafted and VERY soft. It bends at the slightest touch. I didn't know jewelry could be so fragile. The details are sloppy and the ring looks cheap and fake. One good purchase, one not so much.

When ordering a size 6 ring, one cannot be pleased receiving a size 5 ring in a bag marked size 6. YES, I know my ring size, have a set of ring sizers and have been a ladies size 6 ring for the past 40 years. NO, neither my weight nor fingers have grown fatter. Archaic, non-user friendly printing, procedure and return shipping fees are so last century. Utterly disappointed and will forever spread the word to everyone I meet to never mail order from Ross Simons
