The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Ordered mistakenly items were shipped anyway. I tried cancelling immediately but was informed items were shipped and I was charged for merchandise not wanted. Rec'd and was responsible for postage fee which I refused to pay and wanted return label for prepaid postage. I won't be ordering anything from this company ever again..

The bracelet is lovely and I will enjoy it. My challenge was that the clasp was difficult to open. I chatted for help with Ross-Simons Customer Service. The representative was unable to help with any suggestions as to how to open it. He apologized. I searched online and found a site that showed how.

Shopping for a gift for my husband's cousin a male, so we decided on a engraved money clip. The clip was a nice size and weight but the engraving was too light. A little hard to see the name. Also I would like the measurements described in inches instead of millimeters.

The two bracelets I ordered looked great online, so I ordered. One was 7" and the other was 7:25" (which I was worried would be two large). Both got here yesterday and looked like they were for a child. They both measured 6", so I initiated a return for both items. Very sad.

We did have inventory pulled on both items and did find some inventory on the Paperclip Bracelet was incorrect size, thank you for bringing this to our attention. All incorrect inventory was pulled. We didn't find any issues with the Byzantine Bracelets in stock and all measure 7-inches from clasp to clasp. We do see your return was requested and the refund will be issued within 4 business days from receipt of the return. RS does not stand by their promotions. They hook in with a promotion but then when you to purchase there is no promotion and no promotion codes are offered as promised. This is not a trustworthy store. I just spend over 45 min in your chat trying to get the first time customer promo code. I received no help. It is very desapointing. I was going to spent over $300 to test your service, but since I did not received the promised code even after trying your chat, you lost a customer. I will reflect this in social media with zero stars for your Tods Simon store.

My shopping experience was easy. Purchasing was easy. Products arrived in a timely manner. My only comment in the negative would be this: I ordered via online website a pair of Xmas ball ornament earrings. The pictures made it seem that they were actual full balls. I was surprised when the earrings arrived that they were only half a ball; the backside of them was flat. Not a big deal but not what I thought I was getting.

These earrings were extremely disappointing. The video on-line was vey deceptive as to their size. They were so tiny, they were hard to find in the envelope they came in. I had to return them for a refund and I will not be ordering anything from Ross-Simons again.

This was my first bad experience with the company. I ordered a sterling silver heart link bracelet, and it was very disappointing. The price was $99.99, but it was so cheap looking. Had a difficult time with the clasp too. It was returned, and I had to pay $6.75 shipping!
I called about the return, and the representative was very nice and explained how to return the item.
I always liked what I ordered, and thought the quality was pretty good. Not this time...

I own Ross-Simon's jewelry and have been very pleased with it. This time, I ordered an opal ring with channel-set side stones. When I was wearing the ring the very first time, I looked down and about half of the side stones had fallen out and were gone. The ring looked so nice in the picture, but the actual piece was much smaller and dull. I had no choice but to return it. I am very disappointed and in no hurry to order anything else.

I ordered size 7 to go on my ring finger. The ring is a 7, but much smaller than it is described as. To make it look decent I will have to wear it on my pinky. An awful lot of money for such a small ring.

I wished it came in a jewelry gift box that displayed the necklace instead of a pouch in a box. There should have been something in the gift box such as cotton or an insert to display the necklace. Other than that, it's a beautiful necklace and loved by the recipient.
