The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I ordered this for my mother who is 101 years old and she is in love with it. The cardinal reminds her of my dad who is now in Heaven. The back of it is as pretty as the front side, very good quality.

I love using Affirm and it is so easy, Yes to that and it was so easy also. The bracelet, it is pretty and yet it looks cheap, maybe be cause it is on a string of plastic thread. It does not feel good on my wrist and so I am thinking I will take it to a place I know and have them make it a real bracelet. Like a knot between each pearl, and a clip to really make sure it does not fall off my wrist. I like the ameythyst idea, maybe make it a darker color ameythyst also. I am keeping it as I like the idea of it yet can and will make some changes to it.

I am pleased with the item and the purchasing experience. However, I was very disappointed upon receipt of my bracelet because the box it was in was partially crushed by the shipper and unusable. The item was okay but I had to find another box in which to present my gift and had to discard your box with the company name and logo. Unfortunate for advertising for you.

I ordered an elephant bracelet and doggie earrings. The bracelet is extremely delicate and the stud earrings are very small, so small that they are difficult to see.

I thought I was replacing 14kt gold hoop earrings that I had lost - only one but lost. I ordered the right size by diameter but this pair ver, very light. Not at all a match for the singleton remains from my former oair.

The cross bracelet is very pretty, but be aware that the chain is very, very thin. I was surprised. I am going to keep it, but I am worried that it won't last long. I would have paid more for a thicker chain.

Immediately asked for a refund on an order after hitting submit order (submitting request to customer service by email less than 10 seconds after I submitted the order). According to the website orders can be canceled if they have not shipped. My order had certainly not shipped ten seconds after the order was submitted, but customer service denied my cancellation request. The product I received is nice and I plan to keep it to avoid having to go through the return process, but I was frustrated by this inconsistency with the information on the website and my experience.
asked to cancel my order just a minute after placing the order after hitting submit before I wanted to. The customer service rep contacted me more than 24 hours later and said the order was already processed (though had not shipped) and was not able to be canceled. The fine print on refunds states that if an order has not shipped, it could be canceled, but for some reason mine was unable to be. Fortunately I am pleased with the order I received and will not be returning it. However, I was frustrated that my experience was different from the verbiage on the website.

Your website is great - I was able to find what I wanted - and got my shopping done quickly. No problems encountered! However, the products I ordered were not quite up to my expectations. The gemstones were smaller than anticipated and the amethysts were a very pale color - not a robust purple. The peridot and garnets were more vibrant.

I returned the 7 inch bangle and ordered the 8 inch bangle, because the 7 inch was too tight, despite being the size that usually fits me. However, the 8 inch bangle was no larger than the 7 inch bangle. So I had to return that, too. The 7" would have for if the shape was more square around the sides of the wrist. It's a nice bracelet otherwise.
