The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Hi. The product was bought for its simplistic design and the size of the gem. But i was surprised to see that the stone was not very clear and probably needs some good polishing. The same was observed with the gold on which the stone was residing on.

I noted when placing the order that the billing address for the credit card is different from the shipping address for the merchandise. Instead, the item was sent to my billing address which caused quite a delay for my receipt of the order.
My communication with Customer rep., obviously didn’t understand the difference between the shipping & billing address for the order. What happened was the reverse. The merchandise went to my PO address. I’m not sure if the Credit card company will accept the charge since the address is so different.

I saw a ring on the cover of a RS catalogue a while back and when searching online recently I couldn't find it.
It just so happened that Ellen called me asking if she can help me. I described the ring and she was able to find it, sent the item # to me and I ended up purchasing it. Ellen was extremely helpful in finding the ring I had my eye on. She was great to speak with and made the purchase a pleasure. It came within a few days and it was beautiful. It's one-of-a-kind type of ring from the RS Vintage Collection! I wasn't expecting to find it let alone buy it, so it was a pleasant surprise.

I like the hints about layering necklaces. The necklaces looked just like the photos. Unfortunately I did not use the layering hints very well and had to exchange two of the three necklaces for ones more suitable for layering. The help desk gave me welcome suggestions which I used to exchange for more suitable necklaces. I have not received the exchange necklaces yet but feel they will be perfect for my intended purpose

My earrings did not arrive as the email noted. However, I had a great experience with Mareen from customer service who stated that often the email said "delivered" when it is delivered to USPS and not to MY mailbox. That was the case. I got my order (2 sets of earrings) the next day. I have had great service and products from Ross-Simons.

The process of ordering and delivery was good, easy and efficient. However, the product, emerald earings, did not look like those advertised in the brochure. The emerald look more like a solid paste product, not crystal clear green colored emeralds that were shown in the advertised pictures. I tried to purchase a ring two weeks ago. I still have not gotten the ring, nor have I received any updated information on shipment of the ring. Very dissatisfied this time around. :( And, I would think RS would KNOW that I have not received my purchase.
I did the online Chat and the person said the ring would be shipped, "probably next week", which is this week, and today is Friday, and still have not heard hide nor hair about it.
