The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Shopping was great but really disappointed in the diamonds in the bracelet. I know stones are small but out of 7 stones in the bracelet only 2 shine in the sun! Others are flat and look like dirty glass. I like the bracelet design...jury still out if I will keep. Kind of disappointed. 2nd item I have bought, got a 14K gold bracelet thru Amazon which is beautiful but definitely no more diamonds.

Excellent experience with chat, however, when I called Customer Service for instructions on how to return an item that was beautiful, but not what I expected, they were initially not that helpful. It was frustrating, but in the end I got the information that I needed.

I like the Ring very much, but the only finger it fits is my Number 4 finger, left hand, where I wear my Wedding Rings. My right hand fingers are larger than my left hand, and I would prefer to wear the ring at No.4 right hand. I think you can make a ring smaller, not bigger. Any suggestions? Delores Enns. I Lost my diamond necklace, was so upset that I ordered the same necklace with CZ's & Sterling Silver instead of my lost necklace of diamonds & White gold.

Sterling Silver 18 inch Rope Chain was tarnished in places upon arrival.
18K Gold over Sterling Silver 7 inch paper clip link bracelet is shorter in length than 7 inches!
Sadly I will be returning both of these items ASAP.

Great. I have purchased many pieces from your Company and have enjoyed all of them. The only little problem I have ever had was with the 7inch I think it was called "wheat" silver bracelet. A piece of the woven middle broke and I had to pull it out and it left a minor space but I keep wearing it anyway. I was a little under the weather when I received my latest purchase but opened it just a little while ago. You have brightened up my day! The bracelet looks stunning with my PJs.

The color of the Topaz in the ring I ordered was very pale. It almost looks clear in the light, which was a bit disappointing.

Don't fall for the photos. Cheap- poor quality items. 30 day return policy hidden in fine print somewhere. Customer service quickly emails you and makes you feel like they will return the item but it's only to get you on the phone to up sale you on a VIP membership. Steer clear of this place and don't fall for the Facebook ads. If you are accustomed to shopping at quality establishments, this is not your place.

I couldn't wait to receive my new onyx ring. It is beautiful. My only problem was the size. I ordered a size 8 but it was too large. I guess I need a size 7 so I have retuned my ring and asked for a 7.
I needed to return the ring I purchased as it was too big. A form was printed up for the return and a return label. I have repackaged my ring and dropped in the mail.

Very cloudy diamond chips in the 3 diamond stackable ring.
Barely visible diamonds in the emerald and diamond stackable ring.
Both rings are not what I thought they'd be based on the pictures of them online. A lot daintyer then they appeared in the website pictures.

First rate all the way. No need to say more. Not going to say more no matter how man you ask. The 50-character requirement is stoooooooooopid. Don't ask people to do this, all it does is make think you are stoooooooopid!
I previously bought one of these for my college granddaughter. I like it so much I have decided to buy two for the ladies of her two brothers. Both brothers are 'men of the sea,' one Coast Guard, one Navy! Now all three ladies will think of their shared bond with sea men every time they put the bracelet on!

Ive made three phone calls here. I received absolutely no answers to my question and was simply told to return them. They have a very secure clasp as the little hinged clasp folds closed on the pierced post. This hinged closure snaps in the closed position and pitches my earlobes. My diamond and gold hoops have a similar closure but they leave space for the earlobe. All I wanted was assistance. I really like the earrings but so disappointed!
Tip for consumers:
When searching for an item because several companies "sell" on Ebay be sure to monitor just who you're buying from. I evidently purchased Ross-Simons earrings on Ebay and it appears Ross-Simons won't help me. I wasn't even wanting a refund. Just an answer to a design issue.
