The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I can't review the product I ordered/purchased because I have yet to receive it. The initial purported delivery date sent from Ross-Simons was May 4th, which didn't materialize; I complained and received an email stating I would receive my purchase no later than 9pm, May 5th which never happened; now USPS tracking information says delivery no later than 9pm, on May 8th. It's all very disappointing.
Addendum: my order finally came- I am happy with the quality of the product
Customer service sent me an encouraging email after my complaint, stating my purchase would arrive no later than 9pm on May 5th. This never happened, however, and every day the delivery date gets pushed back to the next day day. Now we're up to May 8th.

I am sensitive to many earring posts but gold from Ross Simons never causes problems - I do primarily order their earrings. If they are too big or too small, it's an easy return process.

Classy looking piece for dress up or everyday. I'll be layering it with other sterling silver bracelets. The clasp is unique. I'm sure it will get a lot of looks! Good quality but light weight.

Color of gold tone was a bit too brassy. Diamonds didn't look as impressive as on a less carat original stainless. It is quality and comfortable. Lighter than I expected. I won't buy this type again. Back to older pieces for me.

I recently purchased two different sets of three pair of gemstone earrings ( 1 each of Ruby, Emerald Sapphire gemstones set in gold over Sterling silver settings. They are quite lovely and look very well crafted.

I ordered a SS diamond highway ring. Pretty design and looked good on my hand but, the diamonds, especially 5 larger stones, were of such poor quality, they looked like white paste. VERY disappointed! Returning!

Bracelet was sent very quickly. I was happily surprised at the quality of the diamonds. They really sparkle when hit by light. No large carbon spots or dullness. I'd order again.
