The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Have been very happy with my purchases over the past twenty years, except when I discovered that 18K gold over Sterling Silver wears off in three years and when I called for help was told that there is nothing can be done except to wear it looking tarnished and worn off, not pretty. So I will continue to buy lovely items from Ross-Simons, but not anything that is 18K gold over sterling silver again.

The ring came with a missing stone. It was supposed to be a Valentines present for my son's girlfriend. What a disappointment! Imagine, they send each ring without a stone, they can have enough for hundreds of rings. Unjust enrichment.

After review of this order you placed on-line, we learned you entered the billing and shipping information as the same which would include pricing on enclosed receipt. Gift purchases shipping to a different address other than billing will not include pricing on enclosed receipt.
The bracelet I received was of very poor quality and did not even look or have the weight of sterling silver. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift. Needless to say I returned it immediately.
I thought it was more reputable, but I was mistaken.

Always looking for gemstones that go with those already collected. Also, because of allergies, the metal must be pure. The 925 sterling silver jade earrings were perfect! Box packed well, finish as presented however I am disappointed in the construction. Draws fall out if pulled out too far as they are not anchored to the box, necklace bar moves significantly upon closing so necklaces can fall into well. These details were not mentioned in description.
Based on description of the product, item seemed good size and had features needed.

I tried order from my phone 3 times. Once using apple pay, and it didn't work. (1) the link to apple pay didn't work on the initial screen using safari. Once I did get to apple pay, it showed the full price, rather than post discounted price. I did try chrome as well, and the apple pay link didn't show up (as expected) (2) you rejected my non-apple pay order twice (ie manually entering cc info). I had to go on a laptop to get the order in. Luckily I don't order much from you guys. It's a really poor purchase experience. Otherwise the experience was fine (hence two stars, rather than one)
