The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Exceptional quality and stunning earrings! I bought 2 very different 14gold hoop styles, one was a braid (larger width) one was a spiral patten embossed on the hoops. If you need a lighter weight, with high visibility, these are perfection - big presence, feel weightless.

The bracelet looked more like something made out of stainless steel than fine sterling silver. This is the
Second time that I was disappointed with my purchase. I previously purchased a gold ring and all the edges are very rough rather than smoothe.
The catalog makes everything look beautiful. But to date, I have not been impressed with the workmanship of the items I've purshased.

The earrings were smaller than pictured, but I liked them anyway. The problem was that the latch on one of the earrings was way too loose, it didn't even click. It would have fallen out of my ear. The other one had a tight latch so I know they should both be tight. So I had to return them. I don't want to reorder since this may be an issue with another pair as well.
I like the quality of the jewelry with Ross-Simons. However, this time didn't work out so well.

Please stop sending jewelry through the U S Mail! My package was jammed in my mailbox and was not delivered securely. Anyone could have taken it! Luckily my neighbor spotted it before it could be stolen. I have a horrible mailman who doesn't care how he delivers packages. I'd rather pay more to have items shipped FedEx or UPS.

This ring is beautiful, but the tiny diamonds stick up and is very rough. I wore for 2 days when I noticed it was catching on my clothes and ruining my clothes. I am trying to return as I believe these diamonds are going to fall out not to mention the pulls in my silk tops. When I tried to return 2 days after receiving, it says my order number and email don't match. I requested help. Still waiting.

It looked much better in the magazine. The silver covers up a lot of the opal and the earrings have opals going only just way around. I am disappointed.

The metal was absolutely too thin, and I could have bent it easily in my fingers. 3/8" wide was questionable. I returned for a refund, not worth the $$$.

I ordered an expensive vintage ring. It was beautiful. I wore it for 4 hours and one of the inlaid pieces fell out. I could not find it. I called customer service and they said they would refund my money. Im waiting for them to email me a shipping label. I will definitely continue to order from RS because of the customer service i received.

I have difficulty checking out every time a place an online order with Ross-Simon. I do lots of online shopping and don't typically experience a problem. I get messages saying information is missing when I clearly see that it's filled in. It shouldn't be this hard!

I love semi-precious stones. The topaz and amethyst earrings I ordered looked just like the picture although a little smaller but that was OK I'd read other reviews which said they were smaller and actually that's what I wanted, just a little sparkly dangle. I'm very pleased. Oh and they arrived super fast.

I have purchased 12 to 15 items from Ross-Simmons over the past 2-3 years. I have been happy with ALL of them, and so have my gifted. Highly recommend Ross-Simmon. Look at their catalog or online and be prepared to buy something from them. Even if it's just for yourself, wide price range along with a large selection.

Was flipping through a recent mailed catalog and ran across these little rose flower hoops. Already had some other pieces that matched, pointed them out to hubbie and he said to order them for our anniversary that will be soon. They are adorable. Thanks for offering them Ross Simons ~
Ross Simons has something for everyone. Big and lower ticket items, precious metals, interesting designs, free shipping and discounts. You can rely on their reputation for good quality goods. If I see it in their catalog I go on line and can enlarge the item and really see what I would be getting. After I receive my piece I keep a copy of the catalog page to add to my jewelry inventory records, then I take a scan of the piece to show the actual size, then I print out the computer page showing the item enlarged, its gram weight and description. As a former jewelry department manager for a New York lease department I am very discriminating on what I buy. I have several pieces from Ross Simons and suggest to others to give them a try. You can usually find something special from Ross Simons.

I want to pump up Ross-Simons Jewelry for a moment. They have really nice items for a friendlier price and my husband has lovingly purchased me several items over our years together.
I've never had a single issue, except for this ring. It was a Christmas gift and it got damaged on my girls trip in February. Maybe while moving my suitcase or similar, a prong got broken off and a stone was lost. We contacted them when I got home and they took action immediately. They prepaid shipping for a return and planned to fix it. After some time, we were contacted and they explained they didn't have a loose replacement stone that they were happy with the color match and asked if it was ok to send me a brand new one. We said yes and have waited a few weeks for it to arrive. While waiting, I received a very nice note in the mail, which had a small baggie returning the ring sizer I had on the original. It's easy for a company to have great customer service when everything is right, but it shows their true colors when something goes wrong. I highly recommend them!

I'm very pleased with my new earrings. They are small enough to wear every day, but large enough to be obvious. The style is a classic oval hoop with delicate, high relief beading. The main wonderful feature is that while they are substantial in appearance they are still very, very lightweight. This is important to me; I've purchased solid gold and gold vermeil in the past but found the straight metal too weighty, dragging my earlobes down and overstretching the piercing holes. These resin-cored versions are feather light and perfect.
After losing one of a constantly worn, much loved pair I was searching everywhere for a matching style and the name Ross Simons kept coming up. Decided to go straight to the source rather than through intermediaries. I actually purchased some from another company but found them too heavy to wear. I now realize that the much loved pair I’m replacing must have been RS using the lighter-weight resin core. I’m VERY pleased about that. The beauty of gold without the higher cost of filled or heavier weight of vermeil. Perfect compromise.

The site is easy to navigate and the delivery is excellent but the products are disappointing and overpriced. Sad. This used to be my source for jewelry. No more. My last four orders have been so disappointing in quality that I'm done using them.

Don't waste your money. At first I was tempted with their prices but their quality worth much less. All the jewelries I ever bought from them broke after max 3 months of only few times used within this time... A ring got broken (never happened before that a ring will break...), A gold necklace broke, a stone necklace broke all apart... A Bangles bracelets lost all the gold color that was on them and remain silver... And thank God I returned the rest of the order because in reality they looked far from how they looked online... So my birthday jewelries gift went down the drain and I wish I was checking the reviews about them before I wasted my money...

I purchased the Jaipur Palace Blue and White Round Decorative Tray. It arrived quickly and very well packaged. Unfortunately, the color was different that how it viewed online so I will have to send it back. But I was pleased with the return policy. Excellent customer service.
Answered quickly and although the computer system was down the agent said she will call me back.
I saw the tray at a small store in CA but they wanted to charge me $160 to package and ship it! Ross-Simons shipping cost was $4.00.

Purchased one year ago. It looked beautiful. My wife wore it a few times and lost a link attaching to the clasp. I was concerned. I took it to a local jewler who keeps a staff dedicated to repairs. They evaluated it and had to tell me it couldn't be fixed because the links were hollow and very, very thin. The bracelet was super delicate. In other words it was virtually impossible to wear without destroying it in short order. So as a year has passed I'm thinking about it, disgusted. My pained advice: Don't buy anything substantial online from this company.
