The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I sent this necklace to my grand-daughter purchased as a graduation gift. She has expressed pleasure at its receipt and sent a picture of herself wearing the necklace. I hope she will keep it on for a long time.

These are absolutely beautiful earrings. I will add that I forget they are there while wearing them because they are so light. I'm a little concerned about the clasp on them just because of the other reviews but hopefully they will be fine. They feel tight when I close them and I totally love the diameter of them so am looking forward to enjoying these for many years.

The site is so user friendly, I like how it shows the jewelry in many different views including moving in a circle. The sapphire bypass ring is so beautiful just as the picture shows and on sale at a great price. I hesitated to order online thinking the stones might be a light blue, but they are a deep blue and sparkle. Also, very fast delivery. Couldn't be happier.

I received my order very quickly, however I was really disappointed with the quality of the products in particular the diamond ring I purchased. It looks nothing like the image shown and The quality was sub par.
I reached out using the customer email add to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction address but have not heard anything back. I also DM on instagram, although I got a response it was just fibbing me off not really providing any customer service. I don't want yo have yo spend more money (on ridiculous postage and packaging fees) to return the ring but I have no desire to keep a product which is not of any good quality.
The international taxes and shipping fees and postage is so high in total it cost me more than some of the items I purchased!
I have yet to hear back from

We regret to learn your piece was not as expected. We know shopping from home is a challenge and use photos of our inventory for the best representation of each piece. Our diamonds list the color grade and clarity so our customers know what to expect. We responded to emails on 6/6,6/13, and DMS on 6/10 and 6/14.
Shame the international taxes and shipping fees and postage is so high in total it cost me more than some of the items I purchased!

I ordered an item and I somehow chose the incorrect cc address. This was being shipped to my Mom. I called immediately to correct the error and was told that it was being shipped to me. So, I ordered another so that my Mom would receive it on time for her birthday. Lo and behold, she received both. Now I have to figure out how to return one of them as she doesn't live near me. This is a huge inconvenience.
I was told incorrectly. The person on the phone was totally inexperienced.

This order was paid with a MasterCard--some banks are offering deferred payments this holiday season. What ever the offer reach out directly to the bank offering the 3 months deferred. I've ordered several times now from R-S and find the website usually very helpful with descriptions of the jewelry. My latest order included a magnetic clasp/safety chain accessory for an antique bracelet I've had for many years. Unfortunately the loop and hook ends of the accessory don't fit the ends of the bracelet--are too small in diameter to attach to the bracelet. I can use the accessory on another bracelet, but I'd like to have known the diameter size before I ordered.
Originally, because I received their catalogs in the mail and found appealing jewelry at affordable prices as well as useful accessories like the jewelry converter clasps. I especially like that their website shows the jewelry on models-- a realistic display of the jewelry sizing.

I was really disappointed in this product. It's so cute but there is a flaw in the way it's made. The chain is fixed in place so the pendant does not move on the paperclip chain (which is not the best style choice for this piece). The chain keeps bunches up and looks crooked. Also, because the pendent can't move it doesn't stay put but rather keeps flipping around. Because it flips around, instead of seeing the adorable diamond sun and gold moon, it looks like you're wearing an embossed bottle cap. It was an extravagant purchase for a "fun" piece, but, unfortunately at that price, I won't be keeping it.
I love the quality, service, and prices of Ross Simmons. I gave it two stars because in spite it's flaws, it's still very cute. I have been shopping with R-S for over 30 years. This experience was an outlier.

Wore my new earrings once and the cheap backings came off and was lost! Consequently I have lost BOTH the stone earring and its backing somewhere! Here I am with a paid purchase for earrings but can't wear just one earring --- I need 2 for two ears! Nice stone but defective backing and now both are lost!
