The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
These earrings are a gift to my sister-in-law for Christmas. I have not given them to her yet but, know she will be thrilled.

Product showed up on time, gift wrapped and exactly as described. Note: the earrings were gift wrapped in a jewelry box but when you open the box they are in a tiny plastic bag. Not my favorite but otherwise very nice.

This Italian enameled and diamond-cut silver scarab ring is everything! I searched online before buying and did not find anything even close to it! And... it was on sale! If you're in doubt... DO IT! It's gorgeous, and unique!

I have ordered four times from Ross-Simons, and three times the items I received were incorrect. Once I spent a good half hour on the phone explaining in what order the monogram was to be on three silver pieces, and when it arrived, the monograms were not in the right order. About a month ago, I ordered an emerald ring for a friend's birthday, and they sent me a completely different ring.It took about 2 weeks to get a return label, and I just found out the ring is back ordered and I won't get it until July! Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

Not your fault but UPS delivered the obviously wrong 8-pound package but notified me that my.2-pound package had been delivered to my door -- but no picture was attached. After many attempts to contact UPS I contacted the intended recipient who was out of state, let him know what was happening, and took his package to his house where I found my package sitting on his porch.
Described what had happened and was told that your system update showed the package still out for delivery which meant that it could still be delivered and that I should wait until the next day to follow up. I explained again that UPS records indicated that they thought it had already been delivered. Your rep said if it didn't show up you would send a replacement -- which was nice to hear.
My wife chose the item and gave me the info.

I'm a long time R-S customer. The ring I purchased was nothing like the one represented online. I called customer service and had a really rude, not helpful agent. It was so bad, I asked to talk to a supervisor. The call got dropped (?). I called back and was helped by a better informed, more helpful agent and hopefully have gotten the situation resolved. We'll see.

The posts on these earrings was not very sturdy. They bent easily and that caused the post to not align with the hole in the other half to secure them.

Ordered and received quickly. It is perfect in length on the ear, with the pearl sitting at the top, covering the piercing. The mermaid is pretty and well finished. The golden accenting really sets them off and draws attention to them. Goes nearly perfectly with a mermaid pendant necklace I have.

I purchased a 16 inch sterling silver flat wheat chain with fresh water pearl at the center. The 16 inch was just a bit too snug so I exchanged it for the 18 inch. I called Customer Service and was given an RMA number with instructions on how to return the item. The CS rep was courteous and answered all my questions. RS received my return package and sent me a return confirmation within an hour of receiving it (I tracked it and used Fed Ex Ground). I also received a shipping confirmation email a few hours later. I could not be more pleased with the Customer Service I received nor the speed of this return transaction. I am anxiously awaiting my new necklace and highly recommend Ross-Simons. Their pricing and Customer Service is exceptional. I always receive my items sooner than anticipated.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my wife's birthday. They never showed up. Ross-Simons told me I had to wait 21 days before they would do ANYTHING. They told me to contact UPS, the shipper. Tried that. UPS told me to talk to the Post Office as they delivered the package to the Post Office. Post Office told me to talk to UPS. You see the problem? Ross-Simons so-called customer service told me to wait 21 days and try again. Totally unhelpful. So, if you want your packages to arrive in time for your loved one's birthdays, DO NOT order from Ross-Simmons. They don't care, it is not their problem. Once they get your money, they are done with you. I gave them one star, because zero stars was not an option. Awful company. Awful experience.

My first time buying. After placing my order, I never received any type of shipping notice or update. I finally had to call and it took forever to reach a contact. The contact acted like she was totally annoyed that she had to check the status of my order. Not a great experience.

The 14K gold, love-knot earrings I ordered from R-S were beautiful and were a perfect size, but the post was the thinnest post I have ever seen on an earring -- almost like a thin wire. Also, the clasps were very tiny and thin. I had planned on everyday wear for this earring, but it is not up to that task. Although they were gorgeous, I will be returning them and will be looking for a more substantial earring, probably not precious metal.
