The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Mobile site does not allow to place order. After filling out all information three times, the submit order did not appear. Customer service when I called were not very qualified and could not assist. Eventually I had to go onto laptop to order.

Only received one thing I didn't absolutely love. The set of 3 earrings--so small I've never worn them. Don't intend to. Don't know anybody who wears them that little. Very disappointed. The only thing I ever got I was not very happy with

I generally love Ross-Simons jewelry. It is simple, classic, understated, beautiful, and affordable. I recently purchased a sapphire necklace that was not properly represented in the advertisement. The stone did not have a hint of blue and the chain was clunky. I will return this piece of jewelry.

Purchased a beautiful gold bangle that unfortunately was damaged after I had worn it. Thankfully it was still under warranty so I sent it back to Repairs department but it couldn't be fixed. Good news is I was able to receive a gift certificate in exchange and promptly got this in the mail :)

Could not get any information with tracking number.
Finally received delivery confirmation notice, but could find the package.
Called Ross Simons customer service, but they were no help. Person told me not to worry… I wouldn't lose any money. But she could not locate the package in your system. Found the package the next day at my neighbors house, in a space exposed to the street!

I didn't like the chain link bracelet with diamonds I bought it was extremely thin too small even though I measured my wrist and have always gotten a size 7 bracelet my wrist size is 6 1/2 and you couldn't see any diamonds it looked like dots no sparkle at all I'm upset because I really had high hopes and unfortunately I had to return it

The ring is defective, surprising it would be sent with a damaged stone. I called the customer service number, was told the call center had just closed and to call back for another call center. Upon doing that several times, the line would ring once and then a bushy signal. Unfortunately, this is disappointing service from the product to the customer service.
