I called about the UPS delay for my order that I paid to have delivered next day air, which 4 days later had still not arrived. The rep became argumentative and snarky when I asked for a shipping refund.

Customer service rep was argumentative and snarky.

No issues with order or delivery - but the item was overpriced - hoop part of earring so small couldn't even get it on. I have purchased solid 14k/diamond beautiful jewelry from other online stores for little more than than the cost of this gold plated silver. Doubt I will order again from Ross Simons unless it's a really good deal, which this was not.

Ordering process and shipment speed were very good. Product was nice but to be honest I thought item would have had slightly larger diamonds for price that was paid. I would not spend the same amount of money again to order this item but I am not upset I ordered it ornplan to send it back.

I love the leaf pendant, it's very pretty. However the pendant and chain are so thin I expect any time to lose the pendant and/or break the chain. For what this jewelry costs I would expect it to be more substantial than it is. I'm not returning it because I it is very pretty, but I'm constantly reaching up to be sure it's still there when I wear it, and that takes a lot of the pleasure out of having it.

Wanted to get a shorter chain to keep the pendant closer to my neck but was told they were out of stock and I would have to just buy another necklace. Not going to do that.

Do NOT shop with Ross-Simons if you want timely delivery. I ordered twice and the 1st time the order was 1 week late. This order is over 2 weeks late and counting … still haven't received order.

Secondly, Ross-Simons sends so many emails to entice you to buy from them that it's overwhelming (I had to unsubscribe).

Lastly when I contacted Ross-Simons about the late delivery, there customer service just tells you it's hung up somewhere in the US Post Office system and if it's not delivered in 2 weeks, they'll contact you to either send another order or refund your money. It's been over 2 weeks and I have yet to be contacted by Ross-Simons. (Ross-Simons doesn't even follow their own procedures!)

I would NOT recommend Ross-Simons

Ross and Simons has a lot of affordable jewelries. The pieces always look more expensive than they really are. I always get mine when they are on sale and they would always email me if it is backordered (law of supply and demand) and they give you an option to cancel due to it being backordered. My experience so far has been pleasant.

Excellent! I had been looking for these earrings to go on sale - and they did!
Received them last week ( august 6) and they are beautiful.
They are a birthday present - from me to me!
This is the 4th or 5th order from RS - they are the best!

The edge of the shank is so sharp it cut my finger.
I looked down there's blood down my finger and of of course on the ring. Ross-Simons will take it back but now I have to pay shipping fir a ring that past their quality control.

I ordered two pairs of earrings. I kept one pair and returned the other today for a credit. It is very easy to do business with Ross Simon's and I have for a number of years.

I needed a return merchandise number and was given one

The items that I purchased were delivered quickly and were not damaged. I also appreciate that I received free shipping to Hawaii which doesn't happen all the time with "Mainland" Companies. This was my first purchase from Ross-Simons and I would have no problem buying from them again.

The necklace that was missing from my shipment was replaced with the same necklace only the 20 inch that I had originally ordered was not available. It was replaced with an 18 inch that will work for my Christmas gift. This has never happened before and I have ordered many times from your company so I appreciate the replacement very much thank you

Easy to place order; however, disappointed in product. Engraving is very small and therefore, difficult to read. The silver is too shiny and appears inexpensive. The product formerly retailed for $99 several years ago rather than $199. $99 is a more realistic price for the quality of the product.

I have purchased 2 rings within the past 6mths. The quality of the rings exceeded my expectations. The price was fantastic and customer service is excellent. I look forward to shopping with this company for many years. My husband does not.

I had a ring that was back ordered and I did cancel and it was handled very smoothly.

I received a Ross Simon email with the earrings on the page. I liked them so I went to the site to get more info. I decided the price was reasonable so I ordered them. Very easy process and love the free shipping, thanks for that! These earrings are beautiful on, very brilliant. More on the dressy side so won't wear for everyday. But look forward to a night out with these classy earrings.

I've been looking at this ring for quite awhile. I was happy you still had it in stock! Ordering was very easy. It arrived in a sweet little box, a day earlier than estimated. It is a beautiful ring.

I needed a larger mm necklace to go with a large pendant so it didn't feel unbalanced. This necklace is perfect for the scale of the pendant. I'm exceptionally pleased with my purchase.

The child's earrings I ordered were much smaller than what appeared on the website. The earrings would be appropriate for a 2 year old but not a 10 year old, which is how old my granddaughter is. Ordering was easy and was delivered on time, just not happy with the merchandise.

I love the necklace, beautifully sparks. My only challenge is to lay it flat with the double chain, on chain it has little diamonds and it turns luckily the back looks like the front of diamond

The ring is very nice, small, but sturdy. My only concern is I do not see 14k printed on the ring, I hope it is real gold but I am very happy with my purchase!

Ordered 18k half-inch hoops online. The description did NOT include the word huggie earrings anywhere on page. Nor did the picture model wearing hoop earring online resemble huggie earrings. However, received huggie earrings with invoice that read 18k Huggie hoop. I immediately called customer service and had to insist Ross Simon send prepaid postage label to return. They were resistant to doing so but then relented with a "one time" courtesy. I double checked website while on phone with customer service and still there was no word of "huggie" in the description. If there had been I would never have ordered, and moved on to something else.

I had to call twice. First time rep had me paying to mail back item I never wanted. Second call rep was resistant to sending prepaid return label, but I asked for a supervisor, then rep extended "one-time courtesy."

I had lost one of my gold earrings & due to lack of local shopping I had to go online. I found Ross Simon's, decided to take a chance, received my beautiful earrings & am extremely pleased. I now feel fully dressed! Life is good l!
