Loved it so much I bought another for my sister. One caveat- not for everyday wear. I had it on while doing heavy yard work, and it broke. I was lucky to find it.

The necklace I bought shipped very quickly and was nicely packaged. It was bigger than I expected, but that's just because I'm bad at measurements. I like it a lot and will wear it.

This is a BEAUTIFUL ring...but I had to return it. I purchased this ring for a teen girl and the BAND was just too THIN. She would have it broken in a week. I was SO DISAPPOINTED because it is a beautiful ring and just what I was looking for with the 3 HEARTS.

My experiences with Ross Simons have always been great. This one is a lapis ring that is not quite up to the normal level of quality as it is sort of lopsided and it is not supposed to be. I just don't want to go to the trouble of sending it back.

Over all my other two purchases were lovely. The pearl earrings were very disappointing. The pearls on both earrings were of terrible quality for the money and needed to be returned.

I like ross products, but the company marketing seems a bit weird and old fashioned. Nevertheless, i liked what i bought and i will look for other purchases in the future.

Fast shipping, unfortunately I didn't fully read the detail information on the product and returned it because that's not what I wanted. The return was easy and received the refund immediately.

I paid $20 for "guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day". Despite that, the earrings arrived on Monday, May 9th, which is a day later. If I knew it will miss the promised delivery date, I wouldn't pick such an expensive shipping options.

I received the order, but was not happy with the products. The gold earrings were very nice, but the wire closure on 1 earring was faulty. It was so loose that it seemed it would fall off. The silver earrings were very nice, but they were much bigger than I was looking for.

I have returned both items.

I found what I thought would be a perfect statement earring. It looked and sounded from the written description that it was what I was seeking in an earring. However, in person when I received it, it was tiny. Not at all as I expected, or wanted.im returning them.

I explained I wanted to return these earrings,but no return label was included in the package .i have no way of printing one out ,or getting to a post office . Customer service,as a 1 time courtesy said they would mail ( USPS) one out to me. I’m now awaiting the label. They really should be included automatically.

Upon removing ring from plastic packaging, one of the stones fell out of the setting. Returning for replacement. Ring is very pretty and the faux sapphire baguettes are the correct color of a sapphire, cobalt blue. Looking forward to a replacement.

Was provided with return authorization code and received return label, to send back for replacement ring. No cost to me, thanks.

Saw a beautiful ring on an ad and didn't make a purchase right away, but kept thinking about it and decided to buy it just a bit later. Great experience with ordering the ring. Came right away and I love it!

I have purchased some stunning high quality signature pieces that I absolutely love. I have also purchased some lower quality (and price) casual pieces made of sterling. I recommend reading item reviews to determine whether the piece you are considering is a stunner, a casual piece, or if people have had issues with the product.

Stones were quite a bit smaller than I thought they would be.

I was happy with the ring I ordered. It was the exact size, shape, and sparkle that was pictured online, however, I signed up to receive emails for a discount but did not get the discount, which was a bit sad and disappointing.

The company and the service was impeccable. The ring is exactly as shown in the photos. In my opinion there is a serious design flaw. The inside of the ring is "hollow". This created an inside ridge/edge which scraped skin off of my knuckle when I put the ring on the first time. My knuckles are enlarged because of arthritis and I knew I would have to use lotion or soap to get the ring on (which I did), but it still scraped skin off of my knuckle. In my opinion a solid interior would not have caused this issue. Once the ring was over my knuckle, it fit perfectly.

I picked out the incorrect earrings for my wife which we discovered when they were opened on Mother's Day. I placed a new order for the correct earrings that night and submitted a refund for the others and they were both completed within a week.

Love the look and feel of the bracelet but it's very difficult to open the clasp and take it off. Wish the clasp worked better. I'd wear it more often but don't like the evening struggle with it. I bought it for every day wear.

The online search is easy. The fact that there is a customer service number and that you can actually speak to a live person makes every shopping experience a pleasure.

My certificate for an extra $50 off my purchase was not accepted. Now I have another certificate I have $50 off my next purchase. A total of $100 that you will not allow me to use. Other than that the product is wonderful and the payment and arrival times are great. 8

You make buying a gift for a very picking person very easy and time saving. The selection is very good and returns are hassle free. Shipments are always correct and arrive when expected.
