The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

The post on the earring was too hard to open and close in the latch on the back. I was afraid it would bend the earring and/or the post as well as tear my ear when I tried to take the earring off.

It is a beautiful necklace. I do think that the clasp on the necklace should be changed for easier closure. It is a large piece of jewelry, so a different clasp closure will be better.

Shopping online was easy. The product was received as stated and it looked great. Unfortunately, it was too small, I should have ordered a longer length so I returned the item and ordered the next longer length.

Both rings were too small to wear. I am exchanging them and choosing the next size up. The Bali style ring was slightly smaller than a true size 7. The swirly ring was so wide, it needed to be a size larger due to its width.
I needed to get an RA# number so that I can exchange the rings.
I watch the prices and when I see something I want, at a desirable price, I order it. I am usually quite happy with my purchases.

The silver n black pearl necklace is lovely n was shipped fast but it arrived tangled n one of the pearls was bent away from the others. Difficult to describe but the pearls were supposed to be side by side but one was a bit off to the side with a gap between it and the others.

Although the purchase was easy and customer service is excellent, the shipment I received was missing 2 pieces. It was packed lacking those pieces and I am awaiting the replacements.

We saw the giraffe necklace in The New York Times and ordered it. It was even nicer than the picture in the newspaper. It arrived in five days, within the 3-5 business days projected.

I purchased four gold rings and two gold necklaces. Some of the pieces (ginkgo leaf ring, opal necklace, and coin necklace) are beautiful, nice quality, and just as pictured. The other three rings (Tagliamonte lapiz cameo ring,.4 carat amethyst ring, and yellow gold freeform geometric ring) are disappointing. The lapiz and amethyst look fake and cheap, as does the gold on all three of these rings--all look like costume jewelry, and not nice costume jewelry. Even more disappointing, though, is the sizing. All four rings in my order are supposed to be the same size, but they all fit differently, and only one of them fits properly. The others I can wear on different fingers, but I bought these to wear a certain way and it's super annoying that I can't. Overall a pretty disappointing experience--I spent over $1k on what was supposed to be nice/fine fashion jewelry and am only happy with half of it. I've had better luck with RS silver jewelry, so will stick with that and will go elsewhere for gold jewelry.
