The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I'm very disappointed in the size of the earrings - I think not as shown in your ad.
And they took way, way too long to arrive. Initially delivery was to have been on 12/8/22. Finally arrived on 12/13/22, after several promises of delivery dates between the 8th and the 13th.
And the tracking was non-existent! Why offer tracking, when it's never updated.

I purchased a pearl and emerald necklace and matching earrings for my wife for our 30th anniversary. In pictures on the Internet the items looked vibrant and large. When they arrived, they were dull and small. Very disappointed in the product.
Good prices, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The sapphire bracelet that I ordered was supposed to be 7 inches long but was actually longer. Therefore, it came down off my hand. I would have kept it if wasn't too long. Now I have to pay to have it shipped back. Disappointed about having to pay for shipping.

Love their jewelry but I couldn't get out of my ear. Now it's swollen n hard to take out being they were so tiny, my husband used tweezers n got it out in 2 pieces. Now it's infected. But besides this I like their jewelry.

I LOVE my new morganite stone ring, a birthday gift I gave to myself! It is prettier than I thought or imagined it to be. It's morganite with a halo of pink sapphires. I am planning on getting my nails done to match my pretty new birthday ring that looks like birthday cake!

I will be returning the item and likely never shopping RS again. The item feels like plastic. I have a limited number of items of fine jewelry and a lot of everyday higher quality costume jewelry, but nothing that feels this cheap. It may be coated in silver but if I could have felt it first I would never had paid $100 for it. I wouldn't have paid $20 for it.
I had seen catalogs and website for years and wanted a graduated silver necklace for some time. I trusted the brand even though I had no previous experience. I have not yet contacted customer service because I have been too mad.

I have very small wrists and lately the bracelets are just not fitting me so unfortunately I have had to send them back.
Also I had one bracelet taken out of mailing package (not sure where or how, package was tampered with) but Ross Simons sent me a replacement right away with no charge and that bracelet was perfect and I think I will order a few more and where them as stackable bangles.
Always friendly and helpful! I had one package tampered with and they replaced it right away with no charge. Second time I just had to do a return and they were helpful.

This necklace is lovely, but impossible to put on. I had so much trouble getting it to clasp that I took it off my neck and still couldn't get it to hook. Sadly, I have to return it.

The ring is beautiful, however there are some diamonds that are very milky and have a number of inclusions. Will have to take to a jeweler to replace these diamonds, if Ross Simmons is unable to do so themselves.
