The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
The pearl earrings where flimsy as well as the step bar on the gold hoops. I returned the earrings and wanted to order a different pair. I had a similar pair of pearl earring from RS and they fell apart with use and a pair of Andiamo earrings.
I had to pay $24.00 to return the items with tracking and insurance.
Ross Simon should have a return arrangemant with UPS or USP for returns, if not for free but for a very low return rate. As a result I will not buy any further products from Ross Simon.
The customer service agent was delightful and helpful. I am turned of with the cost of returning products,.

I received my order yesteday, I plan to return it today. I liked the earrings and even the size or them but the post is entirely too short to provide a secure closure. I bought these exact same 14k CZ lever backs/drop earrings about 19 years ago and wore them all the time. (Bought them from Nordstrom). I recently lost one and was devastated so I went on the hunt to find the same ones and these are them! They're exactly the same. I wear them almost daily and I AM NOT losing these! I love them so much. My all time favorites. So glad I found them again. :).
Ross-Simons is the only place I found the specific earrings I was looking for. My earring came in a timely manner and well packaged. The lever back is strong, not flimsy. The quality is fantastic just like the ones I bought from Nordstrom 19 years ago.

The colorings are not quite the same. I have other Murano jewelry from RossSimons and have been very pleased with the vivid colors. I know Murano jewelry varies in color but one seems a lot paler in color than the other..

The notecard to my wife was missing. Care instructions included were for items that are sterling silver or gold over sterling. I ordered and paid for 14k yellow and white gold not silver or gold plated. Because if your insert my wife thinks I bought her and inferior product. AND NO MESSAGE!

Paid for the 2d shipping and the necklace arrived timely. Presentation wasn't great and I ended up placing the necklace in a different box to wrap and give to the recipient. I recently placed and received my first order from Ross-Simmons. I'm very disappointed, highly unimpressed, and doubt that I can trust this company to deliver the quality and craftsmanship (in jewelry) that I'm looking for. All of the pieces I bought looked better online than in person. One of the rings I bought has blue & white diamonds. The white diamonds are extremely poor quality (worse than described online), almost opaque, and dull! The blue diamonds (12 total) are set in a blue coated sterling silver that make the diamonds look like diagonal blue bars instead of individual round diamonds as pictured online. Attached photos show the poor quality blue & white diamonds ring next to a white diamond eternity band (good quality, not from Ross-Simmons). In person, the difference in quality & craftsmanship is clearly visible! Craftsmanship on 2 out of the 3 rings I bought is lacking. I really wanted to like my purchases, and this company. I had been browsing their website for a while. Now, I regret my very disappointing purchases. I don't feel that I can trust them to deliver the quality & craftsmanship that I'm looking for. My recent purchases are not even worth the discounted price I paid for them. Very, very disappointed.

I caution anyone who's thinking of buying jewelry from Ross-Simmons, to reconsider. My experience indicates that they offer low quality, low value. My purchases are not even worth the reduced prices I paid.
