The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I purchased the set of two safety chains and put them to work immediately. They are a joy to use and will get used often to lengthen short necklaces and protect the bracelets that have loose clasps.

These earrings were just as pictured with the exception that they were smaller than expected. They matched the measurements given online, but somehow I had thought they would look larger on my ear.

The mother of pearl was far thinner then I was expecting and I invested in to pairs as gifts. I'm very concerned with possible damage in the future because they are so fragile.

I made a simple error: In my order on Saturday, July 16, I sent the delivery to my winter address when I should have sent it to my summer address. Carelessness on my part, as the default address that came up, which I didn't check carefully enough, was the wrong one.
I called Ross immediately. Nothing could be done - the computers were down. Call back later today and we'll fix it.
I called again, same day - same response, call tomorrow
I called again the next day, Sunday, computers down, can't be fixed, already scheduled for shipping, etc.
Shipped, forwarded by agreement with USPS, arrived in our summer address.
My issue: the world has to have an alternative to serve customers in simple situation like this - For example: send email on an online-capable computer (probably YOUR SYSTEM was down, not the entire internet) to shipping to make the simple change on Saturday when they had yet to schedule, etc.) Employees need to be a little creative to solve problems rather than reflexive (it's not my problem, etc.)
Disappointed in your procedures, etc.

I sent back two bracelets. I received credit for only one. They 'said' I only returned one?! There's no way I can prove I sent back two but I am 100% sure a mistake was made on their end, not mine. I was told to make a claim at the post office. Why on earth would I make a claim, have the post office pay for their error or, frankly, theft. They want me to steal from the post office to rectify their error?
I am so frustrated I don't know what to do. This wasn't my first purchase with Ross Simons but if memory serves, it was my first return. I was so upset when I spoke with their CS I lost my temper and feel badly about that... she hung up on me, I understand, I would have too if I had heard me. However, I know I did nothing wrong yet feels as though I'm being punished... it hurts... even at my age.
My loss is approximately $55.00. Not a huge amount. I guess I'll have to rationalize the loss as a huge lesson learned. From now on, I will take photos of the inside of a box and the outside too before shipping a return. I now have to figure out how to get rid of that gnawing feeling hovering about my once good mood.
I've tried several times to include a photo of my receipt.

Take photos of items returned. Take photos of them in the return shipping box. Take as many photos as possible.
