The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I am disappointed that the earring are so much more fragile than they appeared on the website. I'm questioning the quality of the materials.

Arrived quickly. Love the bracelet but it is difficult to clasp - gets sort of twisted up. Had to clasp it first, then slide it on my wrost. Afraid it will brake if i keep doing this

This is my third purchase from RS and as usual, they did not disappoint. My rings are gorgeous and very high class looking (no one could tell that they are fashion rings and not fine jewelry).

I was more than pleased with this silver chain and I appreciate that it can be adjusted to however I want to wear it. It is really a pretty chain, not too narrow or too wide.
