I ordered and received the beautful earrings promptly. That evening I went to put them on and the back half snapped right off. I was so disappointed.and suprised.
I have returned them and am awaiting a replacement pair. Hopefully the first experience was a fluke and the replacement pair do not break.

Yesterday I did an order in error and tried to cancel it within 10 minutes only to be told that it could not be canceled. And I would need to mail it back and my credit card would be charged. Once return was received then the charge would be removed. My husband and I have been with RS for decades and that was the first time I requested special dispensation to help me before the error order was to be shipped today. I am very sad and disappointed that RS let me down the first time I needed help.

I am in love with the bracelet but the quality of the clasp and safety latch are poor quality. The safety latch was bent and the clasp was very difficult to undo.
I explained the closing an opening problem with the bracelet and they said I could return it and get a replacement. I really wanted to wear this bracelet for the holiday so I'm not sure what to do.
