I ordered and received the beautful earrings promptly. That evening I went to put them on and the back half snapped right off. I was so disappointed.and suprised.

I have returned them and am awaiting a replacement pair. Hopefully the first experience was a fluke and the replacement pair do not break.

Quality is generally quite good. Occasionally there are items that are not as expected, but they are good about returns and exchanges. Love their selections, and shipping speed and packaging are excellent.

I've ordered about four pieces from Ross-Simon. The way I'm amazed with the beauty and quality of each item deserved a rave review. This has definitely become my go to fine jewelry provider.

I purchased 2 pairs of sterling earrings, and they arrived quickly. Although I find the posts of both to be a little hard to insert, I expect my ears will eventually adjust.

I was disappointed that both pieces of jewelry were in one R S box. I purchased 2 gifts for 2 different individuals. Otherwise I would be very pleased.

Bought an anklet and it broke. Bought a 2nd one with insurance and that broke also. Just wanted a refund but had to settle for a credit for ross simon. While i enjoy the styles of jewelry i find them cheaply made. Had to return a few pieces

I just love my new silver necklace! I'm more of a gold jewelry wearer but every now and then silver is the better accessory and this necklace is perfect.

I bought the sterling cross and I was surprised to see that it's even more delicate in person than in the picture. The double chain with two small diamond stations complete the look.

My wife likes the heart shaped Lapis pendant. I will purchase a thicker chain from you. I feel that the chain that came with the pendant is too fine to look right.

Easy ordering. Absolutely love this bracelet! It is such great quality and looks way more expensive than it is. I bought it for myself, but it would make an amazing gift! It arrive beautifully boxed.
Unless you have very small wrists, I would recommend the 8".

Received promptly and loved the rings, but I ordered the wrong size of one of the rings and need to return for the next larger size. Entirely my fault.

From selection to ordering to receiving my purchase, all were stress free. The purchase was as pictured and described. I am pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to order again.

Yesterday I did an order in error and tried to cancel it within 10 minutes only to be told that it could not be canceled. And I would need to mail it back and my credit card would be charged. Once return was received then the charge would be removed. My husband and I have been with RS for decades and that was the first time I requested special dispensation to help me before the error order was to be shipped today. I am very sad and disappointed that RS let me down the first time I needed help.

I am in love with the bracelet but the quality of the clasp and safety latch are poor quality. The safety latch was bent and the clasp was very difficult to undo.

I explained the closing an opening problem with the bracelet and they said I could return it and get a replacement. I really wanted to wear this bracelet for the holiday so I'm not sure what to do.

My experience with Ross Simon was perfect. My order arrived promptly and the garnet is even prettier than I expected. The stones are gorgeous and their colour is spot on! I will order from Ross Simon again!
