The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

The lab created opals Could definitely have more fire to them. I was very disappointed in the topaz stones surrounding the opals and in particular the one solitaire topaz from which the opal dangles.

This is a beautiful ring but the side stones are a bit larger than I expected causing the ring to be too wide for my finger. It is not a comfortable ring for me to wear.

Clasps on the several pieces ordered are so small they are difficult to put on and off. Now I will have to have the clasps replaced at a jewelers. Not convenient.
