The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I just received item, I have bought from Ross for many years. I was a little disappointed with the disk the picture was on, a little small. It appeared bigger in the picture.

They don't match the picture. In the picture the stones are set in thin posts. The actual earrings were mostly gold with little dots of emerald in the center.
