The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Illustration was ineffectual in warning me how slender the chain was.

The stones in the earrings did not have much variation. Instead of an ombré effect there were light blue stones and then two very dark blue stones at the bottom.

The 14K yellow gold garnet band I ordered is absolutely stunning. It has round and baguette gems. It really compliments my engagement ring and diamond wedding band. I love it!

Watching sales, easy. Easy to order. These earrings shouldn't be sold. Come on, earrings over $2,000 should be worth something. These diamonds are MILK glass. You shouldn't carry these. Going back!

I was a little disappointed that the earrings were larger than the illustration suggested and the stones were smaller and definitely darker. The camera must have backlighted them.

I bought this paperclip style necklace and discovered it is so light that it feels like plastic. I looked for the 14k mark on the necklace and it is nowhere to be found. It really feels fake.
