Your system changed my billing and shipping addresses that I entered correctly, TWICE! I had to call customer service twice for 45 minutes each and never received an email with corrected order and shipping and billing addresses, nor did I get shipping info. I consider it a minor miracle that my CC was properly charged and my clearly marked GIFT got to the correct shipping address. And, of course, the gift card text to my granddaughter that I entered didn't arrive with gift.

You still don't have the purchaser name right and sent this email to me. the purchaser , using my son"s name, the gift receiver for his daughter. After spending 45 minutes each with 3 customer service reps, I received ZERO communications from ROSS-SIMON and waited, very worried and scared , until my son confirmed he received it.

We regret that you were not happy with the customer service you received. Please be assured we did listen to the call for quality and training purposes. Our system is unable to "change" any information that is entered by the purchaser into the website. It imports directly as it is entered. One phone call was made to us as per our records to modify the information, a new shipping confirmation was sent with the correct information, and when tracked we do see that your granddaughter received the ring within the estimated delivery time. We hope she loves the ring!
