The shopping experience is fine. Great selection. My order came very quickly especially for Christmas time.
Your customer service was quite helpful explaining how an exchange would work. I gave them the item number for the bracelet I want to exchange the return for and my debit card number for the difference in the amount so when they receive it they can send the new one to me.

I purchased a 14k white gold diamond band and the diamond quality was inconsistent. Although I knew when I purchased the ring, the diamonds were no at the top of the range in quality; however, there were three diamonds in particular that were actually a cloudy white. I was actually shocked that a ring of that quality would be delivered to a customer. Needless to say, I was disappointed and returned the ring.

One of the links is bent so the necklace doesn't lay quite flat or move as flexibly as it should in that portion.
The agent was fine, but she told me there were no other necklaces like mine left so I couldn’t exchange it. She said I should send it in to be fixed, but that doesn’t really satisfy me as that’s a lot of work and waiting on my end for an issue the necklace came with. I’d have preferred to be offered a discount or something. I think I’ll just return it. Shame, it is a lovely necklace.

Ross Simons makes it easy. I get on the website, look up 18k gold earrings and tell the wife to pick what she likes for her birthday and then I order and it quickly arrives a week later. She's happy and I'm not dealing with the stress of going to the mall and looking and hoping to find something she likes because 18k gold earrings can be limited in availability, but she has to have 18k gold earrings. Anything less and her ears itch and burn.
