I like small silver hoops, and love pearls, so I could not pass these earrings up. They are beautiful quality, and will look nice casually, or dressed up. They were nicely packaged, and arrived quickly.

Clear pictures and good description of items. Catalog was a good place to start searching, but on my laptop was ideal! Sale prices were good and arrived as promised (quickly) and very elegantly packaged. I ordered from this store before and so glad I went back; found something unique for a Christmas gift.

Their shipping choices are not the best! The shipping model is very inefficient (package goes from UPS to USPS, and takes significantly longer than shown in the tracking app).

Purchased as a gift. Wasn't sure of best length, so adjustable chain should be more wearable. Chain is heavy enough to look sturdy (not cheap looking and breakable like some out there), but still looks dainty and feminine.

Earrings are lab grown VS2 clarity and are absolutely beautiful, 1kt total weight, faceted sparkle is gorgeous! The only major issue I have was advertised as being delivered by Christmas, they were not! So I was without a Christmas gift.

They did nothing to ensure the advertisement would be met and earrings delivered by Christmas, I ordered them the 19th, they did not care, they lazily responded by sending tracking number, no other explanation!

My earrings (drop w/ small dismonds) and the 2-toned byzantine bracelet are both just what I expected. I'm about to learn about your exchange policy because I apparently ordered the wrong size. I called about how long for shipping if I placed an order that day. Rep who took my call was knowledgeable and assured me of shipping date. I received birthday gift with days to spare.

Just as I was imagining from the online pictures. Just the right size and light weight in solid gold. At first one fastener was very stubborn and I was afraid I'd bend the earring in trying to secure it or remove it. But after about 5-6 wearings its now broken in. The other side the arm is floppy and does not come straight down into the cradle which can be annoying but I've gotten used to it. Otherwise very flattering and I wear them often.

Easy to navigate order process. As a retired jewelry store manager I was used to dealing with mined diamonds. I was pleasantly surprised by how well cut and finished these earrings were. The entire process from order to delivery was better than I could have hoped for.

I needed a new silver ring as I had surgery on my hand and most of my rings did not fit. I saw a beautiful ring online with an intricate design that makes a statement. And there was a sale! The ring arrived and I love it. Each time I've worn it, I've received compliments. I will definitely order from this company again.

Overall, the shopping experience was reasonably good. Some items were far less impressive in person than the pictures. In the future I would only order items that are modeled by a person in the catalogue so as to get a better sense of what the actual item will look like.

It was an easy process to order the earrings for my daughter-in-law. When they arrived they are beautiful and well made. The box they came in were nice. It was mailed in a bag so the box got smashed a little which was disappointing. Over all a good experience and I would order from them again.

I wanted a station necklace as I had seen one on several people. I thought where can I go and I remembered a positive experience from Ross Simon in the past. They are very good at telling the customer exactly what the design is and what quality it is. I am very pleased with my new necklace.

Not what I thought they would be. Much thinner. I bought some monogrammed earrings many years ago from this company and loved them. These, not so much. They are so thin, I am afraid I will break them putting them on.

I'd never bought from you before. It took longer than I had expected, but it is the holiday season and one has to expect the longer times. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the stackable rings are and really love them already.

I bought one tiny stud earring to give as a gift. The earring itself is lovely, but--I don't know how to present it since it's just sitting in the bottom of a little plastic bag. I know the earring is tiny, but still. Now I'm looking for a black jewelry box to put it in. Since earring boxes typically have 2 holes, I'm thinking ring box? Necklace? I don't know. A box from you would've been very helpful.
