Very easy to purchase. Very Pretty, however, the earrings are a little snug. My ear lobes are kinda full and the loop that goes around ear lobe is small. The closure is difficult to put on because the latch is only half of the loop so it barely makes it thru my ears. I didn't realize these were probably for teens, and I am 60 years old. I do like them, so I will keep them, but in the future I will pick a different style.

I was very excited to be getting this beautiful cross bracelet for my girlfriend. When receiving the bracelet I was let down by how thin it was. If it wasn't so close to Christmas I would have returned it but I had to have a gift to give her. She ended up loving the bracelet and keeping it instead of letting me return it. The bracelet made it 4 days before it broke and now we can no longer find the bracelet because she does not know when it broke off her wrist.

I sincerely hope this company refunds my money immediately, because I returned the product within minutes of seeing it. The band was tiny and the "stones" were the merest of chips, so small you couldn't even see the color variation. Such a total disappointment.
Bright side: it was a reminder to never purchase from instagram ads.

This is such a cute little necklace for Christmas. I love it. The chain has an extender which lets you change the length a bit. The pearl is a nice size and the Santa hat is bright and cute. It looks great and stands out on any solid top background. I'll be sad to take it off after Christmas is over! Lol

I ordered a pair of turquoise earrings, based on the photo that showed a very beautiful blue turquoise stud earrings. The stone was very blue and that was the predominant color, almost all blue. What I received was a pair of stud earrings where the stones had so many dark inclusions that they seemed black instead of blue. Totally disappointed and will never shop this site again. Can't say I trust them to send me something closer to the photo, so money down the drain.

I ordered two sterling silver bracelets for my two daughters in law. One broke taking it out of the package. When I took it to the store, they refused a return/refund because the item was monogrammed. I feel awful giving my DIL a repaired piece of jewelry. One too many bad experiences with Ross Simon.
