We regret to learn the Turquoise Bead Earrings broke the first time wearing them. This certainly isn't normal and not the experience we want for our customers. All emails are responded to within 24 hours or sooner from receipt of the email. We searched our database for email address provided and was unable to locate an email sent. A Return Authorization was issued via telephone on 8/24/23. The return was received, and refund was issued.
