It is important to us that customers receive their orders in a timely manner and we regret any confusion caused by the error in tracking updates, hopefully USPS has corrected this. It is always frustrating for anyone waiting on a package, especially a special gift. Our standard shipping delivers within 7 business days and we are happy to see this one was delivered on day 5. When placing an order our website shows "Arrives between" and lists the expected dates so customers may choose a faster delivery option as needed. We are working with our team to help them understand how to better communicate delivery expectations and ensure the dates posted are correct.
