Customer service was excellent arranging for delivery of my wife's birthday bracelet.
Although it would have been better if it was described when ordering that delivery to PO boxes was not allowed, when I received the e-mail after ordering informing me that delivery to my PO box was not allowed I called customer service and was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable and accommodating the representative was. He was very helpful in getting my order delivered quickly.
