The cup is beautiful however it was shipped in a US Postal Service plastic padded bag inside a cardboard box and the box was completely torn and dented. Luckily, the cop was not harmed. I have already left a message on your email and spoke to a customer service representative.
The customer service representative was very apathetic and did not seem to be concerned about the fact that the shipping container is not appropriate. I suggested that Ross Simon needs to ship these cups in a more sturdy container so that it will not get dented.

I have ordered gold hoops before, which were smaller but 14k. Loved them.
I wanted larger hoops, but couldn't afford 14k pair, so I ordered gold plated over silver.
Too heavy and really pull on the lobes. Thinking of returning them.
