After replacing my granddaughter's nameplate necklace, it broke again in the same place. Customer service sent me a gift certificate for the price of the necklace and we picked out earrings instead. There are so many exquisite things on the website and they help you navigate through it all easily. Ordering was also simple. I ordered what should be my size for the bracelet but it is too long. I think that will be a simple fix.

Your merchandise is better/more durable than Amazon offerings, but notably overpriced. And the crap if paying $95 for free returns is bizarre. Hence, I do not do much shopping on your site. If you believed in your own qualit, of COURSE your returns would be free. For really good stuff. I order from NYC dept stores.

I just turned 69, and I have more than a bit of arthritis in my hands. I also wear my nails a little longer, so it's quite a challenge to put on my necklaces. I have several magnet connectors from Ross-Simons that are very useful to me. But the best part is that they adre strong enough to not disconnect easily if I catch the necklace on something, so I never worry about losing my jewelry. I have been looking for a Blue Zircon stone in a quality white gold setting with diamonds on the sides since 2011. Finally found it at Ross-Simons and nowhere else. The reviews were great. These earrings were gorgeous and great quality; however, they were such a disaster to remove! For anyone with middle to long nails, these earrings are impossible. The tension of the push pin is so tight, so I nearly destroyed my ear trying to take them out. It was quite scary! I wish Ross Simons had an internally threaded option. Loved the look of these but will be returning.

I have been ordering for years although not often recently since I had already bought everything that I needed! Arthritis in my wedding ring finger has caused my gold and diamond custom made wedding ring not to fit. There I found more selection and importantly a choice of sizes not evident on Amazon. The direct prices were a bit less as well. A goods lesson learned: Go direct to the company when possible. My "flat" pearl earrings arrived with one of the posts bent and the back locked into it. I managed to get it "freed" and wear them however, the back is way too small to hold the large pearl in place on one's ear. It definitely needs a bigger back to support the weight of the earring. I am so sad and don't know if I can return them since I have worn them.

Too hard to determine if gemstones are lab created because the description didn't say either way. When I first wrote this review I had no idea a human (probably) would actually read it and write back to me. She very kindly said that lab created gemstones are always identified as such in the description. The quick response was very helpful. I believe the description should say either way all the time. If the gemstones are real they should brag about it! Btw, I rec'd the necklace today. It's lovely and exactly what I was hoping to give my mother. If I had to do it again I'd buy the longer chain, but that's on me because I'm not good at estimating those things. Highly recommend.
