My wife fell in love with the 5ct. Necklace so I bought it for Valentine's Day. I bought the wrong size and was leery about exchanging it in time. Well, to my amazement I exchanged it for a larger size and it arrived just in time. Can't wait to see her face when she opens the box.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased this ring. The ring sterling silver with a gold cross. I wear it daily. Ross-Simons Jewlery is high quality at a good price. I purchased this ring as a gift for my closet friend who is always telling me how much she likes it. She is so happy to have one of her own.

After replacing my granddaughter's nameplate necklace, it broke again in the same place. Customer service sent me a gift certificate for the price of the necklace and we picked out earrings instead. This experience made me feel confident to continue shopping at Ross~Simon's because of how they handled this unfortunate situation and because the quality and style of their pieces are usually beautiful.

There are so many exquisite things on the website and they help you navigate through it all easily. Ordering was also simple. I ordered what should be my size for the bracelet but it is too long. I think that will be a simple fix.

The bracelet I recieved was ordered in error. That RS would charge over $300 for sheer & obvious crap is disgusting! I am still waiting for return-label-I better receive full refund for this clearly fake piece of garbage!

I just turned 69, and I have more than a bit of arthritis in my hands. I also wear my nails a little longer, so it's quite a challenge to put on my necklaces. I have several magnet connectors from Ross-Simons that are very useful to me. But the best part is that they adre strong enough to not disconnect easily if I catch the necklace on something, so I never worry about losing my jewelry. I have some that I've been using for years and they are very sturdy. Thank you for providing a quality product at a reasonable price!

I have been looking for a Blue Zircon stone in a quality white gold setting with diamonds on the sides since 2011. Finally found it at Ross-Simons and nowhere else. The reviews were great. And they adjusted the price to match a Valentine's Day special. Instant purchase! It arrived exactly as scheduled with timely delivery confirmation and communication. These earrings were gorgeous and great quality; however, they were such a disaster to remove! For anyone with middle to long nails, these earrings are impossible. The tension of the push pin is so tight, so I nearly destroyed my ear trying to take them out. It was quite scary! I wish Ross Simons had an internally threaded option. Loved the look of these but will be returning.

I have been ordering for years although not often recently since I had already bought everything that I needed! Arthritis in my wedding ring finger has caused my gold and diamond custom made wedding ring not to fit. These five stack rings with cheerful and fun colored gem stones are the perfect replacement for my 85-year-old arthritic ring finger.

Ordered cameo ring for wife it arrived but was so small. "Tiny" I gave it to a granddaughter instead. If the size would have been available at time of purchase I never would have bought it. Waste of money no value very disappointed

Great transaction. I changed the shipping address after order, which required follow-up confirmation. Had a confirmation telephone conversation with Paul on a Sunday afternoon when he interrupted his family time to take my call. It was a great conversation. You need to keep him around another thirty years. Dedicated employees are rare these days.

I first purchased my item through Amazon. When it arrived I found it to be to large. Seeing the company name on the package I decided to go direct to your website. There I found more selection and importantly a choice of sizes not evident on Amazon. The direct prices were a bit less as well. A goods lesson learned: Go direct to the company when possible. The purple 14k amethyst earrings are a perfect match to my mother's pendant! I needed to return part of my order. The tech was prompt and helpful. Being from Rhode Island, she even had excellent travel tips for one of our bucket list trips to Newport.

My "flat" pearl earrings arrived with one of the posts bent and the back locked into it. I managed to get it "freed" and wear them however, the back is way too small to hold the large pearl in place on one's ear. It definitely needs a bigger back to support the weight of the earring. I am so sad and don't know if I can return them since I have worn them.

Order arrived in a timely fashion but it's cheap - so thin it will bend - this is the second time I got caught with a bad buy - I bought earrings that are crooked I would have returned but...my fault that time got away from me and it's too late to return----this necklace I will keep it is custom for birthdate but I probably won't order any more jewelry for a long time if at all.
