When I started to put the back on the post of one of the earrings, it completely bent downward. I was able to gently bend it back, though it's not straight. Now, I'm debating whether to return as it's likely to break due to weakness.

I think this necklace can be worn with a nice dress or with your jeans. I love the quality of the jewelry at RossSimons. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry and I appreciate the ease of the website. I hope to shop at RossSimons for more years to come.

I've been a customer for well over a decade, and I've seen a significant decline in the quality of your jewelry. I just received a bracelet I ordered for a dear friend and will be returning it because the quality is very disappointing. Certainly not worth the price. I wanted to continue loving you folks but sadly I cannot.

This is the first time I have been disappointed with a purchase. The sky blue topaz did not appear to have even a hint of blue. When you worn it outdoors it looked more as a white sapphire. I have all different colors of blue topaz and this is the only piece I was disappointed with.

I like the look and weight of these, but I normally wear a pair of twisted silver hoops that say they are 3/4 of an inch, the gold Greek key said they were 3/4 of an inch and I expected them to be the same size, they are not. These are the exact size of a dime. If your wear larger hoops I suggest going for a bigger size. But these are really nice for a more demure look.

Attending a black tie event, the formal gown and accessories had to be perfect. And they were! The sapphire earrings dangled at just the right length but were not heavy. They completed the look and I received so many compliments.

Simple process. Wife picked a ring out sent me the link. Order processed within a few minutes as a new 1st time customer. Order arrived promptly in nice packaging. Wife hasn't opened it yet but sure she will like the looks of it.

I called and the representative was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Absolute professionalism. Then I ordered through the website. The package arrived on time, packed very carefully, and the item is lovely. It looks exactly as expected from pic on website.

I'm usually satisfied with jewelry from Ross-Simon but this time it was a huge disappointment. The alleged emeralds looked more like jade or plastic. I have returned them but not yet received my return.

Waiting for proof of receipt of my return. Hopefully will get my refund then.

I bought these as an everyday piece in my second earring piercing to accentuate my solitaire earring in the first... The quality of the earrings is so outstanding, they are outshining my solitaire diamond studs! Love buying from Ross Simons! Would recommend these highly!

I have been purchasing jewelry from RS for many years. However a bit dissapointed in my recent purchase of a gold over silver herringbone chain. It's lovely to look at but quite thin and light. It was meant to replace a very hefty chain that I previously had. Unsure of how it will wear

I purchased the Italian 14K 7" Paper Clip bracelet. Received the bracelet and was SO disappointed! The weight of this bracelet felt feather light! I paid well over $262 for a "supposedly" 14KT bracelet. I won't make that mistake again. Very disappointed in this product. I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and offered me a quick way to return the bracelet. At this time, I will keep the bracelet as reminder to buy at brick and mortar stores!

This is a cute bracelet - just as presented in the pictures but it is so tightly strung, it does not lay in a nice circle around my wrist. I have it coiled to try and train it to not be a bangle bracelet.

Fast and easy order and delivery. It's a pretty ring for the price, although when side by side with my real tanzanite and diamond ring you can easily tell the difference. It's nice for daily wear, my real one is too dressy for my taste for everyday wear.

The ring I ordered must have been magnified. I was looking for a narrow diamond band but you can hardly see there are any stones at all. I would love this ring and would have paid more for it if it looked like the one shown on your site.

Products look great. Website was easy to use. At least 50 characters?!?!?! I almost exited out of this review for needing this to be 50 characters. People don't want to answer reviews that need a specified amount of writing. Does this appear to be over 50 characters?!...

I thought the bracelet links would be bigger and heavier, but I do like that they are smaller than expect. Very nice. My wrist is exactly7 inches, so in order to have room had to order 8 and then when I came, I thought it was going to be too small, it was fine.

Site kept bouncing back. I did not receive the $30.00 off as promised! There is a big difference between a cultured pearl and a freshwater. A freshwater pearl is not cultured. Can't reach a person in sales department.

There are so many beautiful choices in jewelry that I always find the perfect gift. It is as beautiful and great quality once received as it appears in pictures. So easy to place order and quick to be delivered. Never any issues! Can't ask for more.

It's so beautiful more than I'd expected it. I purchased it as a Christmas present for my daughter. The piece is so shiny and totally worth more than the price tag. (However, my daughter wants a pair of new skis instead. Darn!)

I was disappointed in both purchases. The earrings are very pretty, but quite a bit smaller than depicted.

The ring was quite a disappointment. The aquamarine was extremely pale, hardly any color at all, not at all like the picture. All the reviews online said the same thing. Not sure if I will keep it. I will not recommend Ross-Simon again.

I decided on a pair of.25 carat lab created Diamond Huggies, set in sterling silver, plated with 18k gold. The hoops are small, yet fit comfortably, with room to spare beneath the earlobe. The lab created diamonds, are bright and sparkly and the 18k gold setting has a warm golden glow. Just perfect for my petite sister!

I ordered the Moonstone / Black Agate Ring. It is beautiful! The only thing that is different about the ring and the picture of it on the site is that the Moonstone looks to be set in the ring but it is high off the set.
