The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I have been wanting some different crosses so I ordered several. I am very pleased with them. Wish they were a tiny bit larger but they are certainly acceptable.

Very beautiful especially for the low price. I like that it's a set. It's gold-plated sterling silver (not full gold) but for the low price it's exactly what I wanted and expected.
Mixed information as it relates to when I should/did receive my shipment - USPS stated that it had already been delivered vs Ross-Simons stating it would be in a few days. I ended up getting it the day after USPS stated it had been delivered so all is well!

Liked the ease of shopping line - as has been the case for the several times I've ordered from Ross-Simons. However, the stones in the items I ordered (Opal stud earrings and matching necklace) were somewhat smaller than depicted in your catalog.

I love Ross Simons, but my order which I received for my silver bangle bracelets was really wrong! They had me order the wrong size. I used the measurements tape that they sent me and the bracelets I received were like really really really hard to get over my hand so next time I would have to order a larger size but oh well.

The ring is lovely but is much more expensive than it should be considering it's 10K gold and tiny (supposedly) diamond chips. Unfortunately I won't purchase from Ross-Simon's again for that reason.

I ordered some large white real pearls made in Canada that were discounted on your summer sale. They looked so pretty on the model I never thought they'd be that lovely once they came.
