“Warning - this company is horrible!”

I have AAA and had my car towed unfortunately by Rossi Towing in Santa Cruz, CA. The driver improperly hooked up my car and when he started to pull it onto the flatbed the cable unconnected, didn't break he just didn't hook it securely. My car rolled down a hill and crashed into a sign post causing the driver's side door handle to be ripped off. They have yet to contact me despite letters, calls and emails. This happened in July 2018. DON'T TRUST ROSSI TOWING!
