We ordered a metal watch strap and when it was delivered to us we found that the strap in used condition with a scratches and water stains. We contacted a store support (they have only email contact) they said that impossible and offered us to send this strap back for my own expenses. I posted my review on Facebook page and they just blocked me and deleted my review. Please be aware of this company. Never do purchases from online store (you can risk to do it on Amazon). Quality is horrible, cheap.

I opened the box and the watch was not working. I pulled the crown gently to set the time, but the crown flew off, never to be found again.
I contacted customer service and received a form letter in return. I contacted them again and got an RMA to return the watch. Postage was 37.60... non refundable.
Non-functioning pretty watch that's useless, from a company that rips off its customers.
