Love going to Ross. Always find something I need, want, have to have. Great prices! If I have a return with my receipt, even if it is over 30 days, They either give me my money back or store credit. Love this place!

This is my Go-to store when I am caught off guard with a reason to be dressed up and I don't have that special dress to set the pace. I'm a 2XL gal so no many styles will fit me and I can't me to find my fit in these stores, imagine my delight. Yup dresses, skirts, tops and pants

Ross has great bargains if you can find what you want. I go in and look around to see what might be something I would like. It is not a place to look for a specific size or item, but if you are willing to take pot-luck some great things can be had at a low price.

I purchased a dress at Ross and wrote a check but when I checked my bank account I noticed that 2 electronic transfers were deducted. I called the customer service line where the agent proceeded to find my transaction and get it reversed and she also apologized to me for the inconvenience! I will continue to shop at Ross

Great store, great savings and friendly staff. I've been shopping at ross as a south african for the past 8 years and I've never been disappointed. Whether it was for active wear cocktail dresses or the most fabulous events I shop at ross and am always happy

The women with the name Vivian is the reason I am reluctant to visit this store. She is very unfriendly and hostile.she also discriminates against white people and very rude. I actually like this store more than others and it's location is good for me to visit but I dread going there because of her.Now she is upfront greeting people but doesn't greet us.

I love to shop at Ross! If you have not been there, you must give it a chance. They have your favorite brands and for sooo cheap! If you live in a large city... I've noticed they can get a little out of control... but in smaller towns it is great.

Ross is my least favorite retailer. Its not because of a lack of deals, its because every store Ive visited from California to Alabama has a thrifty image. If I wanted to shop at a thrift store, Id go to a thrift store. The shopping experience here is dull and outdated. Ill probably only shop here if someone else wants to go.
