I continue to have good experiences with their customer service. I have bought dozens of shirts through this website and love them all. Prices are fair and reasonable. Products are unique, stylish, and well constructed. Shirts are rarely found on other, cheaper websites. Want to be one of a kind? Try their shirts and see how many compliments you get - no kidding! Orders ship within one to two weeks. Orders arrive one to two weeks after shipping from origin. Wait time for your order is usually three weeks to one month due to distance between China and the US.
I purchased two shirts from Royaura and actually have no complaints about them. However, I then went back to their website to see if I might be interested in purchasing something else and discovered multiple items with Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party logos and not one item with Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party logos. I am a 27-year U.S. Army retiree with combat-related PTSD (70% disability) who has also been a registered Democrat for over 20 years. The most insulting are items with the logo describing Post Traumatic Stress disease or PTSD as "Pretty Tired of Stupid Democrats". I see these items as a personal attack on myself and all veterans who suffer from PTSD who are Democrats, especially in this election year. I have written directly to the company, requesting that those items either be removed or that they create similar items that have anti-Trump and anti-Republican Party logos. No action has been taken by them. The Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party items are still being sold and no Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party have been made available to purchase.

Pic on website showed a waffle weave texture with bright high-contrast colors. What I received was a flat matte fabric, similar to a cheap bedsheet with a print. There was no texture. Heavily edited pictures on this website. If you do buy from them, make sure it's paypal or some other means of getting your money back. You likely won't be happy, shirt is junk. The one on the website shows a lot of white -- quite a bit different than what I got. If you can imagine the texture of a clearance type bed sheet from a big box W*mart type store, that would be the fabric. Very low thread count. Nothing good to say about it. Website 24/7 chat feature - of course didn't work, no one available so I opened a dispute with PayPal.

Shopping at a different business and avoiding this one. Not interested in low quality, overpriced clothing. If it was even close to what was pictured, I would have used it -- far off, and it can go back to them.

The description of the shirts are somewhat accurate on the website. The shirts do wash up well. However trying to return a shirt is a real pain. They seem to want you to cover the cost, which can be half the cost of the shirt. Since it's such a hassle I am donating the shirt to not profit and will take the deduction. I don't think I will buy from them again.

The shirts I spent good money on the shirts; It was nothing that looked like in the web-site! It was misrepresentation! Delivery time was a snails pace! I got billed prior to receiving the items; which I was not happy about. If you want to give your hard earned money away; try drinking or pot! It is a much better than throwing your money away with these on line bandits! You have been warned!

Yeah. I should have read the reviews first. These shirts are very poorly made. Buttons catch on strings when you undo them. Shrunk so badly after wash and dry the shirt in the photo is an XL and now could fit my elementary school nephew better. Very thin material and strings poking out all over. Not a good buy. I was lured by the design of one shirt that has yet to be delivered. I bought 5 but never again. No care instruction whatsoever on the clothing itself. Just a tag that says XL.

Avoid using this company at all costs, their driver not only delivered parcel to wrong street but even the incorrect number.
All they have offered is a 50% refund, customer service is extremely poor. As I stated do not purchase items off this company.

Even when they depict a shirt as constructed from multiple panels, it ends up being a mostly plastic (ie not breathable) and just a print. These were probably made from recycled plastic, so you can either pay to wear an over-priced garbage bag, or just buy a garbage bag and cut yourself some arm holes. Same thing.

Obviously this is a Chinese company trying to "act" like they care about their customers but they do not. Ordered 3 shirts, all too small no matter what they say about their "size chart" that is not factual. I have sent several emails about "returning" them but it is my responsibility to ship them back to China? Not worth the price Stay clear unless you know the clothes will "fit"

I have tried for a week to get the address to post back some shirts for a refund. After dealing with the robot replies, I used the chat link, and then after 6 emails got an email saying the following;
We are sorry about the inconvenience. Because the goods are sent from other countries, the shipping cost is so high when returning back. It may be lost during return. If lost, we could not refund you the money. Would it be possible to give others as a gift? We make you a 25% refund as a way to make up for this, and we also can send you a 15% coupon for your next purchase. Do you agree? I still have not gotten the postal address and even if I send them I think there is zero chance of a refund. I wish I had checked the bad reviews first before purchasing. I am sending my complaint to Consumer Affairs.

I really wanted to find a reason to order shirts from this company, but not one positive word was said about them across the internet. With all the bad reviews about this comp, it's time to hold sites who advertise the product accountable for hawking inferior products and rip-off companies. That is why I filed a complaints with both Google Advertising and CNN (theirs is the site I was visiting when the Google ad popped up). Yes, a bit of time and energy on my part, but much less than what would have been expended if I had blindly ordered something from them!

The products look very different in person, that said they agreed to a return and refund of unwanted items. After returning items, one month later no refund, no response to emails which before were immediate. Don't make the same mistake!

I have gotten maybe 10 shirts so far, Fathers day, Christmas, Birthdays, and have been completely satisfied. My boy friend always gets compliments on how different the shirts are from store bought. Love the material, the price and the great selection for every Holiday, or event we go to.

Repeat customer and will continue to be. Shirt is soft comfortable, no iron, easy care. Print and color is outstanding. Sizing can be a gambit at times with creative variance in listed size but was happy that this XL fit me nicely! Happy with my purchase, happy with the company. I ordered 11 shirts and received 9. One was a different color. The delivery was as promised. It took, I ordered on October 5th and arrived on October 17, which is where the second start star comes from. The build quality of the shirts are not great. The back panel does not line up with the shoulder panel. I was reluctant to purchase from them but took my chances. Should have gone with my instinct. Beware if you are purchasing from them, not the highest quality.

Ordered a shirt and paid express shipping to received in less than 7 days. It has been 5 days and they still have not shipped. Indicated it takes that long to "prepare the shipment" Not sure what world they're living in that "express shipping" will take over two weeks. I will not have it prior to me leaving.
