I continue to have good experiences with their customer service. I have bought dozens of shirts through this website and love them all. Prices are fair and reasonable. Products are unique, stylish, and well constructed. Shirts are rarely found on other, cheaper websites. Want to be one of a kind? Try their shirts and see how many compliments you get - no kidding! Orders ship within one to two weeks. Orders arrive one to two weeks after shipping from origin. Wait time for your order is usually three weeks to one month due to distance between China and the US.
I purchased two shirts from Royaura and actually have no complaints about them. However, I then went back to their website to see if I might be interested in purchasing something else and discovered multiple items with Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party logos and not one item with Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party logos. I am a 27-year U.S. Army retiree with combat-related PTSD (70% disability) who has also been a registered Democrat for over 20 years. The most insulting are items with the logo describing Post Traumatic Stress disease or PTSD as "Pretty Tired of Stupid Democrats". I see these items as a personal attack on myself and all veterans who suffer from PTSD who are Democrats, especially in this election year. I have written directly to the company, requesting that those items either be removed or that they create similar items that have anti-Trump and anti-Republican Party logos. No action has been taken by them. The Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party items are still being sold and no Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party have been made available to purchase.
I was meticulous about measuring my needs with the sizes of each shirt I ordered - but none of them came close to fitting correctly. In addition to poor fit, these were some of the cheapest and most uncomfortable fabrics I'd ever felt, and shipping was pretty slow since it was international. I contacted them about a return and they made the process difficult - requiring you to go to a post office and pay return shipping and make you do all the leg work staying in contact with them and following up. Only after threats of doing a Credit Card Chargeback did they stop fighting the return. I'll never do business with them again.

They looked like they had a good selection and I meticulously measured to see the best size for each item. When I received the products nearly 2 weeks later, they varied greatly in size and none were usable. They looked way better on the website.

Billed my credit card the next day and still haven't shipped yet 10 days later with no indication of when, just asked me to be patient. Most companies don't bill you until the item is shipped, this is a poor business practice. Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

I ordered a shirt on December 10th for Christmas. It has been three weeks, I still have not received my shirt and have been unable to track it. It just shows delivered by USPS, but no location or estimated date of arrival. They also originally gave me a tracking number that shows my item was delivered in November of 2018. I ordered in 2022. A very disappointing, frustrated, angry customer here. Use another option for your online purchase if you want to receive your item. HORRIBLE experience!

This is one of the sentences of their reply: "The item(s) may be gifted to a friend or someone in need" and just who do you think will these fit. These shirts won't fit anyone that is an EX Large. The sleeves are too short. You can keep the last three shirts. I just want my money back. Not 25% You need to look into who's making your shirts. Do not order anything from this crooked company. My partial order arrived from China after 5 weeks with the wrong sizes and of inferior material, almost paper thin and was not wearable. The final part of my order came 3 weeks later and was XS. They refused to refund my purchase stating it was too expensive to return to China and would probably get lost! Instead, "I could give the order to someone else who might enjoy it". The old adage "Buyer Beware" was coined from companies like this one.

This company is difficult to deal with if you have any issues with your order! The quality of the shirts are passable but sending anything back is daunting. Their policy is autocratic and hard line and exhausting to honor. If you item is sent and is in error or not acceptable good luck, its basically on you no matter what! The are not upfront about shipping from China. I paid for $25 for express shipping to get the items before my upcoming trip. I am leaving in 4 days and the packing is still showing in China. The online customer service chat is useless. You should be required to advise where you are shipping from before we decide to order and if you charge for express shipping it should state exact date of arrival. Now i have to shop Amazon or local and worry about being able to get a refund if and when this package ever shows up.

I ordered a holiday shirt on 11/08 at 15:00 for a party and spent extra money for the express shipping to be sent 3 to 7 days. The party is today and it is the 18th and still no shirt. They miss addressed my order.
I spent half an hour contacting the post office to try and get it sent to the correct address.
Evidently it was already sent back to them and now they want to charge me a discount to resend the items. Or are offering a 50% refund on what I have not received.
So in other words, I have nothing. And they feel it's ok to charge me again for their mistake.
Just say no, it's a hassle and ridiculous.

I was reading the reviews and the seemed to all be bad with the main issue delivery. I didn't notice any problems with delivery, to be honest i wasnt paying attention to it. The shirt I got was perfect and exactly what I wanted. It is an inexpensive but very cool looking shirt. I basically bought it for a 1 off experience, a concert and I received all sorts of compliments on the print. I then bought another one for st Patrick's day and it was great too, very unique and makes you stand out in the crowd. IMO these shirts are great for special fun days, 4th of July, Easter, Xmas party, etc. Based on the other reviews if you need shirt quick probably not going to arrive in time, but I didn't have any issues.

I ordered two shirts and the confirming email said they would be "processed" in 3-5 business days. Shipping would take 10-25 business days (I opted for standard shipping). After 7 business days, I wrote to the company and they said it would take 1-2 weeks to process (I.e. 5-10 business days). After 10 business days I wrote again and mentioned that my order still hasn't shipped. This was two missed deadlines and at that point, I decided to cut my losses and request that my order be cancelled. They promptly cancelled my order but said my refund will take 5-7 business days...which seems extreme to me. You better believe that on business day 7 if I don't receive my funds, I will dispute the charges. I advise to stay far away from this company as they don't appear to be truthful with expectations that they themselves provide to their customers.

I ordered two shirts from this company, in their notes they mention processing orders takes about 2-3 days, shipping 3-5 days. One of the shirts cam within the week of my ordering it. The second shirt never came after three weeks. Online status kept saying the order was "processing". I sent a complaint and they sent me a note saying they were asking the warehouse to expedite my order and then gave me a 15% discount on my next order. Over a month later the status for that one shirt still said "processing". I sent another message demanding to know what was going on. They wrote back that they were refunding my money for that shirt because they had run out of stock. Mind you, I had to write toast what the heck was going on. I will never order from Royaura again.

Was intrigued by their frequent promo ads. Shirt designs & colors were very tempting. Placed my 1st order, they took my credit card payment & sent back online confirmation within minutes. Said "processing" takes 3-5 days, "shipping" 8-10 days. So I would receive my items in approx 2 weeks. It's been 22 days & so far nothing. Their explanation for the delay is "Covid & Political Unrest" in China. I knew nothing about this company prior to making this order. I'm not impressed, if the shirts ever do show up, it will be my 1 & only purchase from them.

When I ordered my shirts, they came with a fowl odor and were two sizes too small with stains. The first sign was that it took 3 weeks to ship (tells me it's China). Customer service? Forget it - horrible and combative. They try and persuade you to not return and play hardball (negotiating) such returns. You can even see by a simple Google Search that they just have a shell office here and run $#*!ty products into the USA. Just god awful all the way around!

Ordered a shirt from them. Their products look good online. Received the shirt. Quality was inferior and it did not fit. I asked them to swap a the medium for a large and they asked me to "take pictures with a ruler". I told them I was not doing that and asked for a refund. Be aware that YOU pay the shipping for any refund and cannot do that until you receive an email with a specific number for the return. That took a week. NEVER buying anything from these guys again. Customer service is terrible!

I just received my shirt and I am very disappointed with the product. I should not have bought it in the first place.
First, the material is cheap. It is a synthetic non breathable material. On a hot day you will sweat a lot.
Second, it is a drip dry shirt. You cannot put it in the dryer, not even in the lowest cycle.
The above two were not mentioned in the description of the shirt.
Last, the shipping charges are only revealed once you have submitted your credit card number.
I will never buy another product from this Chinese company

Total scam, and they rip you off with their fake expidited shipping 5-7 days, ya right, after they take weeks to finally ship it, then another 2 weeks for it to arrive, and when you call them out on it they keep sending the same scripted email such as all the negative feedback reviews here, scam China company abusing the US customers once again, then they want you to pay for the shipping when you have to return the wrong sized shirts that were shipped, so you get screwed twice.
My suggestion is if you already ordered from this company call your bank and dispute all charges!

Another deceptive Chinese company. Product description of shirt specifically stated "cotton linen". This shirt is NOT cotton linen at all. You can tell by the feel of the fabric, plus the care label stated 100% polyester!"
In addition the Big sizes are not accurate and not the same as their sizing guide. Ordered 3XL based on their guide. After trying it on, could not button shirt; would need to go up at least one size. This is the last time I order clothing from an online Chinese company. Very disappointing!
