I continue to have good experiences with their customer service. I have bought dozens of shirts through this website and love them all. Prices are fair and reasonable. Products are unique, stylish, and well constructed. Shirts are rarely found on other, cheaper websites. Want to be one of a kind? Try their shirts and see how many compliments you get - no kidding! Orders ship within one to two weeks. Orders arrive one to two weeks after shipping from origin. Wait time for your order is usually three weeks to one month due to distance between China and the US.
I purchased two shirts from Royaura and actually have no complaints about them. However, I then went back to their website to see if I might be interested in purchasing something else and discovered multiple items with Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party logos and not one item with Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party logos. I am a 27-year U.S. Army retiree with combat-related PTSD (70% disability) who has also been a registered Democrat for over 20 years. The most insulting are items with the logo describing Post Traumatic Stress disease or PTSD as "Pretty Tired of Stupid Democrats". I see these items as a personal attack on myself and all veterans who suffer from PTSD who are Democrats, especially in this election year. I have written directly to the company, requesting that those items either be removed or that they create similar items that have anti-Trump and anti-Republican Party logos. No action has been taken by them. The Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party items are still being sold and no Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party have been made available to purchase.
I have been on their website trying to exchange some items I purchased. An easy exchange! But when loggin on to exchange there is no contact info at all? Only instructions that spin you back forth to no avail! No customer service AT ALL

The shirt I bought was a 4x so if that's what you normally were go with it. Only downside is there really isn't a good sizing chart for shirts or shorts. I was so happy I placed an order for three more shirts and a pair of shorts

I ordered a shirt. I received a shipping notice almost a month later, but the link for tracking didn't work and they didn't include the shipping #. It's been 3 weeks since I received the shipping notice. Finally checked the order status on their website and found the shipping # there, but they didn't include the link. I copied the shipping # and plugged it into the site linked in the email...
The shipping # was fake. It was from over a YEAR ago.

This is a complete joke! After a month of waiting for my order (it came from China) the pants that were advertised to fit a man 3x would barely fit a 5-6 year old boy! I wrote the company numerous times after long response times they offer 10% off or ask you to return the product to a fictitious address in the US. BEYOND A SCAM!

I'm a teacher so I have a budget. I ordered from Royaura because I liked the designs and I had a code that gave me 30% off. I admit, I just assumed it was a legit site. I ordered and then read reviews. I started freaking out. Many reviews said it was a scam. I told my wife, oh well I guess I just got scammed ($134). But when I went back to the site a week later I noticed the items had been shipped and once I figured out how to plug in the tracking code, I could see the items were on their way. I got 7 of the 9 I ordered in just over two weeks. They exactly what I wanted. It's hot here in Houston, TX and the material looks good and its thin. My only complaint is that it took me a long time to get the lines from the folding out. There has to be a better way than the 30 minutes per shirt of ironing on a low setting with water and starch. Please send us instructions on the easiest way to get the folding lines out. Thank you for the awesome shirts!

I ordered the wrong size shirt and the only options I had were to return the shirt - with me paying the shipping - or to get a 25% refund on my purchase - not including the shipping. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I purchased 4 shirts from Royaura. I was really looking forward to having some fun smartass shirts to wear. Fortunately, the shirts came in two shipments (4 XL t-shirts in total were ordered) After receiving the first package. I took the shirts out to try on (Fitted nice) and then I washed them to get ready for normal wear. Both shirts shrank in a cold water wash and delicate dry (there were no washing care instructions included) to a very smallish large size? When I ask to return via email there was no response. Now the other package has arrived and I'm attempting to return it without opening the package in hopes I don't get stuck with these. BUYER BEWARE! I can't speak for the button ups, but the tee-shirts shrink bit time! I'm really bummed about it. I was really looking forward to having some fun with these shirts...

The shirt took almost 3 weeks for delivery. I order a size Large and it was too small. When I tried to exchange it I found thier customer service to be non-existant. Tried Live Chat, nothing. Tried calling customer service number and nobody answers. Company is mostly a fraud operation.

DO NOT USE! This company has horrible costumer service. I sent several emails to cancel my order once I figured that it wouldn't arrive on time. There rules state that if you cancel within a 24hr period then there is no charge. Clearly that is false. After repeated emails and 4 days later I got a reply. Saying there will be a 5% charge. This company Is a scam and liars. Don't order from them.

I bought a jacket that looked on the website to be heavy duty! I recieved the " jacket" today, it came in a small plastic bag. At first, I thought it was my new jacket, but I thought it couldn't be it's too small! When I opened it I then realized this was to be my package! When i opened it the "jacket was a heavy duty zip up shirt! Even the zipper was backwards! I'm a XXL size but I thought it was made in China and they run small so I got a xxxl, still it was way too small! This is complete scam! It's worth maybe $4.00 max! Ordered a XL pant from them to my husband. Their products look good online. Received the pant. Quality was okay, nothing fancy or extraordinaire and it did not fit. I asked them to swap a the XL for a Tall XLarger. They wrote to me this "Will it be possible to give others as a gift? We make you a 40% refund as a way to make up for this, you can take the partial refund and keep the items. And we can provide you 15% coupon in your next purchase. Because the goods are sent from other countries, the shipping cost is so high when returning back. It may be lost during return. If lost, we cannot refund you the money".

Ten minutes after we placed an online Royaura order, we cancelled the order. We received an immediate acknowledgement of the cancellation.
We cancelled because the Royaura shipping fee was excessive.
Four days later we received a notice of shipment and a rejection of our cancellation stating the item could not be cancelled because it had been shipped.
The package was shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). When the postal worker presented the Royaura shipment for delivery we refused to receive it. The words "refused, return to sender was written on the package". The package had a Royaura address in the sender's area of the shipping label
Royaura says they have no way to determine if the package was received at the return address facility.
Royaura refuses to refund our money.
We will never again make a purchase from Royaura.
Royaura continued their disrespectful conduct by offering a PARTIAL refund. That PARTIAL refund has not been received.

I have purchased shirts and one hoodie from Royaura and have been well satisfied with all of them. I started buying because of the designs but the quality was also as good or better than expected. The hoodie I bought was wonderful while not very heavy, It is very very warm. I have no problem recommending this site.

Reported them to the BBB and they could not contact them at their California address. Paypal fortunately refunded my money so you know no matter what they say they are not legit. They had lots of stories like pay the shipping for the item and they will refund it or the item will be destroyed (which the USPS confirmed is entirely false, never happens). I told them what the USPS said then they changed the story and said they will ship the item back if I remove the Paypal complaint. Do not buy anything from them. They sent me a different shirt and charged for shipping even though I paid it on checkout (the ol' double charge). If anyone at Royaura reads this, I would love your onshore address.

I bought four medium shirts for my husband for Father's Day. Each one fit differently and none of them fit properly. One of them was so tight in the chest that he was barely able to button it, and he is not a large man; he's about 5'9" and 180 lbs. According to my packing slip, "Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery date". Royaura refused to exchange the shirts or give a full refund, and instead, offered two solutions: either accept a 35% refund, or give the shirts to friends or family. I was outraged! I bought the shirts for my husband, not for friends and family! To make matters worse, Royaura apparently used a phony return address on one of the two packages, which took over a month to deliver. A label attached by the USPS stated the following: "Mailed from an invalid or illogical return address. Evidence of counterfeit postage label". In summary, this is clearly a scam operation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY! Spend your money elsewhere.

The styles available are fantastic, the material is extrmemely comfortable and wrinkle free.
The fit is usually accurate. However caution if somewhat portly, do not pick out "tapered" cuts of shirts. The specific cut of the shirt is not always explicit in the discription. I am extremely pleased with all the shirts I have purchased!

This company has a million excuses for everything. No refund, and it states with your oder that you can get a refund... WARNING, do not but from this company and it has been reported to the FBI for Fraud and a investigation will be made.
