I continue to have good experiences with their customer service. I have bought dozens of shirts through this website and love them all. Prices are fair and reasonable. Products are unique, stylish, and well constructed. Shirts are rarely found on other, cheaper websites. Want to be one of a kind? Try their shirts and see how many compliments you get - no kidding! Orders ship within one to two weeks. Orders arrive one to two weeks after shipping from origin. Wait time for your order is usually three weeks to one month due to distance between China and the US.
I purchased two shirts from Royaura and actually have no complaints about them. However, I then went back to their website to see if I might be interested in purchasing something else and discovered multiple items with Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party logos and not one item with Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party logos. I am a 27-year U.S. Army retiree with combat-related PTSD (70% disability) who has also been a registered Democrat for over 20 years. The most insulting are items with the logo describing Post Traumatic Stress disease or PTSD as "Pretty Tired of Stupid Democrats". I see these items as a personal attack on myself and all veterans who suffer from PTSD who are Democrats, especially in this election year. I have written directly to the company, requesting that those items either be removed or that they create similar items that have anti-Trump and anti-Republican Party logos. No action has been taken by them. The Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party items are still being sold and no Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party have been made available to purchase.
I bought 3 so far, for 3 different guys!
One of them liked his SO MUCH that he bought 2 more!

3 different ones
Ordered four shirts from Royaura, used the express service, shirts arrived in 9 days. The shirts fit nicely, the material is good for the warm weather climate here in Florida. But two shirts are on back order, unsure when or even if they will arrive ( ordered on August 2nd, two arrived on the 11th). I was told they'd rush the back ordered shirts. They don't seem to have any kind of up-to-date inventory control about what's in stock or what's low in stock so someone can be clearly informed about what they're buying. They have offered a discount on the next order, but as they seem to offer discounts across the board, it seems like an inauthentic gesture. They need to partner with a company that knows how to do e-commerce, like Amazon or as they are a China-based company, China's own AliBaba - they might, at least, offer up some guidance on how to do inventory control. Might order from them again, as they have some really nice designs, and they're good for my work in tourism here in Saint Augustine, Florida. I give them that 3 star as a balance between the shirt quality ( very good) and the service ( not so much). I'd be more inclined to order more from them if I know they actually have the shirts in stock.

CUSTOMER BEWARE Royaura/Dehan LTD IS A CHINESE COMPANY. I thought I was relatively safe because the return and refund POLICY clearly stated that these tasks were handled within the US.
Their men's clothing is undersized, and they'll ask you to send photos with rulers. I compared my received 3X items to several 2X items I owed. The US product was always much larger. I waited over a month for this delivery.
Having to return product to China wasn't supposed to be in play. Now I know better. This company LIED on their web page, and they will get away with this miscarriage of service.
I initially got a quote over the internet, from both USPS and UPS. Those preliminary quotes did not consider the weight of the return package. UPS now quotes $227 as the cheapest price, while USPS quoted me $117 as it's cheapest price. These prices would apply for each order returned.
I will now opt to seek a donation site and try to put this disaster behind me.

I got 3 shirts, knew that they would be cheap but they are okay.the stretchy material is recyclables. Don't order any pants bad sizes.

I ordered two shirts from this company and received two relatively acceptable shirts. Not high quality by any means, but the price indicated I was taking my chances in the first place. Then I saw a black shirt they had on sale and decided to take another chance that it would be acceptable because I liked the design a lot. Their response insults my senses and yet laughable. They simply could have admitted the mistake and sent what I wanted, but instead, flat out lied about the color. It's as if they thought they could gaslight me. However, they were correct in their answer in that it is less hassle for me to accept their offer, so now I have a steeply discounted price on a shirt I don't want because it was less painful to accept their offer than it was to continue to try to correct the problem. That's not the way to keep me ordering things from them in the future.
Addendum: on Sept 17 I received a credit for $19.49 on my credit card statement out of the original $45.98 I was charged for a purple shirt after ordering a black shirt per the above discussion.
