I continue to have good experiences with their customer service. I have bought dozens of shirts through this website and love them all. Prices are fair and reasonable. Products are unique, stylish, and well constructed. Shirts are rarely found on other, cheaper websites. Want to be one of a kind? Try their shirts and see how many compliments you get - no kidding! Orders ship within one to two weeks. Orders arrive one to two weeks after shipping from origin. Wait time for your order is usually three weeks to one month due to distance between China and the US.
I purchased two shirts from Royaura and actually have no complaints about them. However, I then went back to their website to see if I might be interested in purchasing something else and discovered multiple items with Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party logos and not one item with Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party logos. I am a 27-year U.S. Army retiree with combat-related PTSD (70% disability) who has also been a registered Democrat for over 20 years. The most insulting are items with the logo describing Post Traumatic Stress disease or PTSD as "Pretty Tired of Stupid Democrats". I see these items as a personal attack on myself and all veterans who suffer from PTSD who are Democrats, especially in this election year. I have written directly to the company, requesting that those items either be removed or that they create similar items that have anti-Trump and anti-Republican Party logos. No action has been taken by them. The Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party items are still being sold and no Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party have been made available to purchase.
Great website! That is where Royaura ends as a supplier. At the 30 day mark and still haven't received my purchase. I did receive one piece and the size is so far off of reality. An XL shirt that may (may) fit a 12 year old. Terrible! I will follow up if anything different happens over the next few weeks. So far... No good!
Ordered two hats from Royaura. They were never shipped and money was not refunded. They added on shipping costs. 100% fraudulent website including bogus shipping proof. Reported them to my credit card company who will be refunding my purchase and reviewing case for fraud.
Update: Finally received the hats I ordered after being advised they were delivered on November 4. Sketchy customer service but order was filled and delivered.

Is Royaura getting rich using a size chart to justify their ripping us off? It seems you will not get the size you order. Hello, If I were you I would stay away there seems to be nothing fast about this company. I had to write this review because I'm at a loss with Royaura.

Bought 3 shirts. They sent one of the shirts that wasnt at all what i ordered. Want to refund me 25% of the price i paid. No return label. The shirts too small to even wear. These were excellent to use at the beach where they easily kept me cool all day long. They are also so soft and comfortable for wearing for work around the house. I ordered 3 shirts and a pair of shorts. They sent the wrong shorts (different sku, different style, different size). They won't refund my money and want me to pay shipping to return for an exchange. Watch out carefully for what you buy here adn the price you pay. It took a while for me to figure out but what these folks do is that they advertise say a shirt at a deep discount but if you look closely is it only for that that size and color. When you change size or want a different color from what the original pitch was, you pay the retail price. I have never seen this done before.

On their website, it says it will take 3-5 days to process your order. Because they claim it's "hot season" they can't process it on time. They shouldn't say post those days and just say when they're overwhelmed with orders, good luck with getting your orders in time.
Canceling orders is another thing as it would take another 10-20 business days.
These companies are quick to charge you but somehow takes ages to get anything from them—either the item ordered or refund.

Purchased five shirts, 2XL, sleeves are short, shirt tails are short and straight. Checked web site shirt tails are extended both front and back. Purchased three pair of casual shorts, 2xl, two are woefully undersized, perhaps a wast of 34-36. Tried to return. I would be responsible for shipping to China, nearly the cost of the shorts.
This company has slick deceptive marketing and poor quality product. Don't buy, you will be disappointed.

The shirts I ordered weeks ago never arrived. When I asked they told me that they are in customs, then they told me that they're out of customs and will arrive soon. Then when they still did not arrive, they told that the shirts are held up in customs. It's just a robotic excuse. These shirts do not exist. Stay away from this fraudulent outlet.
Update: Even thought they claim they are working on it, the shipment seems stalled at LAX for over 2 weeks now.

Honestly, I read a LOT of the negative reviews AFTER I placed my order, and was prepared to be disappointed. Well, I'm delighted instead. The two shirts I ordered are very nice, fit well, look good and they arrived by the date I needed them, by which I mean promptly. So, my experience with this company is very positive and I would/will order again. I'm not a shill nor being compensated in any way for this review, I just had a very good experience and it's only fair to give Royaura their due. As for wrinkles from shipping (a common complaint), a warm iron erased them beautifully.

Please don't be dumb like me and buy anything from here! Cheaply priced merchandise, you get what you pay for. If you wear a large, you better buy ac1X, I'm not kidding! I bought 4 shirts, none fit, even if they did, I still wou k d have returned them because the quality was GARBAGE! When I tried returning them, I was told the shipping would cost more than what I paid for them Then they proceeded to tell me why don't I just give them to a friend or family member. I ordered 4 shirts from Royaura on line as they had photos of clothing and descriptions of them. Unfortunately all the shirts I ordered were listed as cotton-blend material. Weeks later when the 4 shirts arrived, I found them all to 100% polyester. I followed the procedures for returning items as listed on enclosed paperwork which said to get a return activation code and they would then provide a return address. Never was there return code. I emailed and they told me a colleague had already contacted me via email, that was a false statement, never got such an email.
I had to pay $12 to return the shirts with no compensation for their false advertisements. I did receive a full refund but lost over $12 and change to return to fraudulently advertised merchandise. Steer clear from this Royaura, clothing is not as advertised and you will pay out your pocket to get your money back.

They offered me a partial refund initially and I rejected their offer to get 40% or 60% returned

The batch of shirts I received the Sleeves are extremely short. You know the section in stores that have "Big and Tall" signs. Well Royaura should advertise "Short and Little" or something like that. The material is fine, colors, and the patterns are lovely. I just can't believe someone would make a shirt for short armed people.

I could watch with some crazy foreign tracking as pieces went between facilities. Then 3 out of 4 items I bought were shipped from CHINA directly. This took about a month & was in 2 shipments. A third alleged shipment never arrived. The quality of the items does not match the pictures & one shirt does not even look similar to the catalog pic. The straw hat was simply mashed flat & put in an envelope with a shirt. In order to return the items, I had to ship them back to CHINA at great expense & then wait on them to process a return. PASS ON ROYAURA!.

I ordered a shirt and immediately got a message on the ordering site that i would get an email confirmation and tracking. They took payment via PayPal and it came out of my bank. I waited over a week and never got an email. I reached out via their support email and got no response either time.
I will pursue action against them next week after the holiday.

I thought I was ordering this gorgeous woven hoodie. What I got was a hoodie with the weaving printed on it, and it was shiny and silky. I will never wear it. The tracking number I have cannot be found, and in order to track the product, I had to download a package tracker which hijacked my browser. I want to return it, but it seems that I have to create an account, and find my package using the tracking number I was given. The tracking number cannot be found. I think that I am SOL. Grrr...

Once you make the mistake of ordering something from them you will then be bombarded every day wanting you to order more shirts. If you are lucky, you might receive something from them in a month or so but if you are like me, it will only be a partial order with nothing to suggest why it is partial or if it will ever be fulfilled. And, other than placing an order, good luck trying to communicate with them. Shop with reputable companies and not with this entity.

I would never buy from this company again. If I could rate it a negative rating, I would. Do not waste your money. You are unable or it is very difficult to get an address to send merchandise back to online and they DO NOT SEND any return address information with product, even though it states returns are accepted within 15 days.

I order a shirt and paid for express shipping. 5-10 days. I did not receive the shirt after 10 days. I contacted them and was told I had not paid for the shirt nor the shipping. I had my order # and proof from my credit card that I had pay for the shirt. I still was told I had not paid for the order. No follow up from them.

I got fooled TWICE.! I ordered 5 shirts and what I got was the worst constructed things I've ever seen. Hacked together like they used scraps and the sizes were all over the place. One could have fit 1 1/2 people the another was two sizes smaller than the tag. The second time? I was a year between and my dumb arse didn't happen to go back and check. Again the sizing was WAY off. They started the partial refund dance and I threatened to go to the bank and report them as a fraud. ( I had checked back and knew now I was stuck the second time.) Finally after a few back and fourths they gave me the address to return and they still didn't give me the total back. They're in California and I'm in Va. Good luck on them cause I would have stopped off and had a face to face.

Do not purchase anything from this group of bandits! The quality of the material is horrible. They don't print what type of material the shirt is on the shirts to further their deciptive marketing. Their product is made in China and takes weeks to ship to you. They have no contact phone number so you at the mercy of their horrible customer service.
